The bouquet arrived four days late. The company responded to my emails and refunded my money, but I never did find out why the flowers weren’t delivered on time. Apparently when they did arrive the flowers were beautiful.

Service rating : I ordered these as a Mother’s day surprise. I am currently living in Australia and thought it would be nice to order some for my mum as I would not be there. Serenata flowers were very quick to respond with the queries I had. There was a problem with the manufacturing of the mini balloon I had ordered which is a shame but they were very apologetic with this and said they would put the money for it back into my account (I have not been able to check it yet). They arrived at the delivery address on the Sunday at a reasonable time of 11am..just right I think.

No apology or reason was given, and there seemed to be no recognition that it was late. I complained and received a discount voucher for the future which is generous, but in no way explains the delivery problem which disappointing.
