Product : Having spoken with my Mother this week, she informs me that instead of a planter basket, she received an orchid plant! The plant is nice, but not what I ordered. She lives in a small apartment, and I always send a basket because it fits in better with the space she has.
Its the first time I’ve used this website, and I have no problem with the service, and I know you have no control on what flowers your florist delivers, but it wasn’t even close to what was ordered. Thanks, June Chaplin

Service rating : Placed 2 orders to separate addresses. Both orders sent to only one address. Took 4 days and 3 email attempts to get a response from customer services (no phone number avsilable!!) Was told at first to pay again if I wanted another bunch of flowers sent to the correct address. Eventually they admitted fault and resent order to correct address 5 days after they should have arrived.
Product : As far as I know the flowers were fine.

Service rating : I loved the text message service that keeps you informed on the progress step by step of your order. Recipient was very pleased with the flowers.

Would have been an acceptable present had it arrived on the right day. This was a delivery to the high street of a market town, not a backwater. Customer services is an automated reply. Unsatisfactory. Still awaiting promised refund. Would not trust this company with flower delivery if the date of arrival is important. Delivery hours also 7am -10pm.

Everything went as expected with my latest order (to Mrs Pat Dixon), but the clown who delivered my previous order (red roses for my wife on our wedding anniversary) ignored the perfectly correct address details and delivered the flowers to another ’Wilson’ household some miles away, and left them in an outhouse - with no note through the letter box to say they were there.. It was only by chance that the flowers were found - and the householder took them to the specified address. This stupidity almost defies belief - if it hadn’t happened, one could hardly make it up.

Having not actually SEEN the card (as it was delivered with the flowers) I have no idea what the quality was like.

I had a problem with the credit card input as it said that I had a problem with my card, this happened more than once. I asked for a phone call back (which took 2 hours to arrive, this needs speeding up) and the operator reassured me that your computer had accepted my card the first time.

Had I known they would be delivered like that, I would have ordered something else. Sorry but I was dissapointed when I went round to my colleague’s desk to look at them. Not what I expected to see. It’s a real shame as all my previous orders have been beautifully presented.

Husband left buying flowers to the last minute, so I found this site and was very pleased with the flowers that were delivered to my mother in law.

I ordered using my android phone- the website was very difficult to use! I had to re input some entries several times-particularly the recipients address. This ended up being wrong. I sent an email straight after ordering explaining this, but was informed that it couldn’t be changed as the order had already dispatched.

Service rating : I was so please with being able to order the day before Mother’s day for next day service, the website was easy and the email alerts were great...only problem was the flowers.
Product : I was really embarrassed when my mum opened the box -they were supposed to be deluxe and they looked poor quality. My own children had spent £7 in Sainsbury’s for a much nicer bunch of tulips the same size as this bouquet. I was really concerned about what mother in law was going to receive - I had ordered her the cheaper non deluxe version.
I went to visit my mum again 2 days after the flowers had arrived and they were dying...we had to pick out most of the roses. This wasn’t the first time I have ordered from this website but will be the last now I have seen the produce.

Product : A very small bunch of flowers, not even worth £5 never mind the £35 paid. Would not recommend. Contacted Serenata Flowers to complain. They offered to send another bunch of flowers but I did not find this acceptable as they were a Mothers Day gift. A partial refund was refused.
