I sent a complaint about the delivery of these flowers already but have not received a reply so I will repeat it here. I had asked for the delivery man to be patient waiting for the door to be answered as my mother has recently had knee replacement surgery and cannot move quickly. However, by the time she had got off the stair lift and opened the door he was getting in the van and left the flowers on the step! He waved/pointed to the flowers and drove off and she had to bend to pick them up herself. She is 80 years old. Common courtesy should have told him he needed to help her out but as I had already left the message asking for patience to be taken I feel extra care should have been taken. The flowers themselves were lovely according to my mother but I feel the service could and should have been better. Thank you.

Service rating : Did not replace my mother’s "mother’s day bouquet when it was delivered damaged. It was dropped over the side gate - she was in all day. The instructions I gave were for the bouquet to be left with a neighbour. This was not followed.
Product : The bouquet (in a box) was dropped over the sidegate at my mother’s house and the flowers were damaged. There was no packaging around the flowers to protect them. My mother (aged 85) contacted them and they said she needed to send a photo. She’s not that hot on the computer, it was a gift, it was mother’s day and she would hardly have contacted them if there had not been a problem. I have to say I am disappointed in the service and response to the problem.

Service rating : Lots of emails back and forth following a confirmed delivery on email but no goods received. Took 48 hrs to resolve and in the end refund offered and accepted. Goods never received so to be honest disappointed as were meant for a special birthday.
Product : Never received!! Courier must have delivered to a different address and was told wherever courier delivered to were left on doorstep which opposite of delivery instructions! Review your courier service...

There were problems with communication. I asked for delivery on the Tuesday and it was delivered Monday morning - luckily someone was there. Also some confusion over the ordering process with an email to say that the order hadn’t gone through when it had. So not perfect. But the flowers I’m told were beautiful.

Misinformation given, Flowers deliveredd late and No phone to contact anyone. A very Impersonel Service. The Personel touch is not offered No Help No advice. I havent a clue how things went or turned out as there was nobody to talk to and nobody wanted to phone/talk to me.

Order was processed speedily and I was told by text when it would be delivered. Very good!

Service rating : I was told there may have been flooding in the area where I wanted the flowers delivered so I was pleased to know the delivery driver got them to that location on time. I was announced by text and email after the flowers had been delivered, it would have been an excellent service if I could have been announced prior to the delivery what time it would be, instead of after the delivery. I was pleased with the service and will most probably use it again

Flowers came nice and quick!

The flowers were delivered on time as promised. However, when I talked to my daughter in the evening she didn’t think they had arrived. I did say that if there was no reply to the doorbell the flowers could be left in the porch. My daughter saw the box and presumed it was part of the builders’ materials. They were carefully packed and watered so no harm was done.

The recipient said that the first batch of flowers was left on her doorstep upside down. They were wilting and some of the flowers had died. She phoned up and another batch were sent but even these had some brown spots on the leaves. Next time I’ll go the Tesco’s and take the flowers around myself!
