Disappointed that flowers spent all day on a van in the warmth (initial pleasure of finding out they had been loaded up before 10am, when they arrivved at 6pm-ish), will never know how much this will have affected them. I’m told they were lovely when they eventually arrived, but for how long?

I like that I was updated on when the flowers had left there and arrived at destination. I would recommend and I will use them again!!

Service rating : Usually lovely flowers as I have ordered for birthdays and anniversary for family and friends - however I cannot say on this occassion as ordered flowers on behalf of my 16 year old son for a dear friends funeral and as funeral was at 1.30pm and flowers not delivered until much later to the funeral home no one has seen them so unable to comment on them. Although we are very disappointed that the flowers were delivered too late to the funeral home, as they didnt accompany the coffin to the final resting place.

Product : On this occasion i was a little dissapointed with the floweres recieved.. The roses didnt bloom fully and went brown within a week and the lillies did not open.. These were a gift and in comparrison to some shop bought flowers which i recieved on the same day... the shop bpught ones have out done the Serenata ones.. I have been pleased in the past but for 19.99 i felt a little let down

My friend did not get the meassage card and did not know the flowers were from me. When I rang them and they checked the box thoroughly they found the card.
I was disappointed by this as the message was so important.

Flowers never received It may not be Serenata’s fault but there is no way you can have a discussion with them about it. My friend who is very ill did not receive the flowers and I have lost the money paid for them

I bought flowers for my wife (Lillies and roses) The Lillies were nice but the roses died within 24 hours and were delivered without plant food.

I told customer services who were great and they despatched more flowers the following day which arrived with plant food, but again the Lillies were good and the roses died within 24 hours. I have photos if you wish to see.

The experience has put me off ordering again.

They sent the wrong card to my Mum. I don’t have much money and the flowers were a lot of money to me. When my Mum got someone elses card instead of her get well soon message, I was really annoyed. They refused to send another card and refunded a stingy £3.50. Most unhelpful in making a customer and sick lady happy.

Service rating : Flowers booked to arrive on the Friday for my mother at her work, corrier must have arrived after office hours, so flowers were left outside all weekend- luckily they survived,but would have been nice to have been informed that they were left outside. However, they braved the cold and were gratefully received so its all good.
Product : Beautiful, it’s refreshing to find flowers a little bit different from the rest. I was a bit worried before they arrived that they would be a bit short n scarce, but they’re very full bodied and lovely. Thank you.

ordered flowers to be delivered on Sat morning 9th March for Mothers Day, however flowers were delivered on Thursday morning and then again on Saturday.
I only ordered one bunch, keep doing this and everyone will be getting 2 for the price of 1

I paid £2.99 for this disgraceful card. For that price I would expect it to be hand written but no I received a card with a printed sticker that wasn’t even stuck in straight. Where it has obviously been rushed there are black lines on the sticker too.

Flowers just arrived, chauffeur was just a normal courier and flowers were just a normal parcel in a brown
cardboard box, flowers are brown where they touched bottom of box and look far different to the ones in your picture.
perhaps the lilies will open eventually but not on my wife’s birthday, which is today.
My disappointment was reflected in my wife’s face when she opened the box.
