Appreciate the problem with keeping cakes fresh, but would have preferred an alternative option to fruit birthday cake as recipient has an allergy problem. However, it’s the thought that counts and everyone else enjoyed it!

This was a rather special occasion, a 30th wedding anniversary. The vase was missing and when I e-mailed the company to complain all I was imformed was it wasn’t their fault as the flower delivery was sub-contracted out! The price of the vase would be re-embursed without as much as an apology. I will not be using this company again and will not recommend them to anybody else.

The only Issue I have is that I paid for the flowers I ordered to be delivered before 1pm and on the note left saying they had tried delivering them so left them with next door the delivery time was giving at 2pm
