These were a birthday gift for my 91 year old ex mother in law. The flowers were beautiful, and lasted a long time and she was thrilled with the balloon and the cake. I will definitely use this website again!! Thank you for such excellent service - it has renewed my faith in using the internet after a few less impressive online purchases.

This was intended to be a surprise, but I put the mobile number of the person to be surprised in "just in case we need to contact you" space, in case they were out when delivered. However, immediately a message went to the mobile confirming delivery, so no surprise. This isn’t "just in case" and needs to be clearer.

Service rating : Excellent service, delivered very quickly and changes made to message with no hassle. I haven’t seen the flowers myself but mum said they were lovely.
Product : I didn’t see them as they were delivered to mum but she liked them.

Service rating : After I had problems paying on line I managed to pay twice for my order. When I saw the double payment on my credit card statement I contacted Lily at Serentaflowers and with a few hours it had all been sorted out and I was refunded the second payment. My order arrived on time and was very well received.
Product : The flowers were ordered for my sisters wedding anniversary. She was delighted with the flowers and found the Amazonia display very vibrant, unusual and exotic. They arrived on the day stated and were left as instructed. I have used serentaflowers before and WILL use them again.

Service rating : I ordered flowers on a next day delivery basis however they didnt arrive until gone 6pm 2 days after I made the order. This in all fairness was mainly the fault of the courier it seems, however when I continuously asked what could be done I was told they had limited communication with their couriers, which seems odd as they are they ones actually fulfilling the orders. In the end I had to contact the couriers directly myself, I did manage to speak to one useful person however other calls just ended with me being told ’we can’t contact the driver as he didn’t leave a number and don’t know what time they will arrive’ which again seems odd as surely you’d expect a courier service to be able to contact their own drivers. In the end my money was refunded which is good, however doesn’t really make up for the fact that the flowers totally missed the specific day the were intended for, and not only that but arrived after 6pm the following day, not to mention the stress and time wasted calling Serenata and their couriers whilst I was at work. Don’t plan on using this company again.
Product : The flowers themselves are lovely and going strong, just over a week later now and although a few stems are suffering most are still strong and standing.

Product : I received a bouquet of flowers from Serenata from friends just as I had ordered a bouquet for one of my friends. I ordered a bouquet on offer which was I think called oriental breeze. The ones I received were dull, the colours not coordinating at all and I guess they sent them through this offer also. I then saw the ones you sent from me and they were dull, dull dull, I know the lilies have not come out but the overall effect was depressing. Yes I chose the cheapest option but will never order again. I think you waste too much money on the packaging also, it was a massive box for small bunch, put more in to the flowers please, two very unattractive bunches. Sorry to have to complain, but for the price I think you should do better.

The flowers you provided on mothers day were absolutely diabolical, broken, de-headed and whilted. Truely awful.

It is a terrible thing outcome when trust someone to send a gift to one’s mother and they fail so dismally.

I will never use your business again and will advise other not to do so either.

Please remove me from your client/mailing list immediately and delete any contact or personal information either you or your partners may have for me.

If I receive any further contact from your company I shall invoice you for my time and trouble at £50 per hour or part thereof.

My sincere advise to others is that you would be a fool to deal with this company.

Service rating : I did a last minute order for Mother’s Day and couldn’t find any online florist that would deliver them in time however Serenata did!
Product : The flowers arrived looking lovely however the next day the were drooping and the following day they had pretty much died so I was not impressed I had spent all that money for them to die within 2 days

My only complaint is that the flowers were left outside the door with the card & chocs but no card was put through the door to let them know so nobody saw them until the next day which meant card etc was rather damp!

Flowers delivered upside down so broken stems! After 24hrs they were wilting and by day 3 they were dead and in the bin! I emailed photo’s and my complaint, TWICE! Recieved 4 emails saying someone would be in contact and im still waiting! As there is no phone number to call regarding a complaint im obviously going to have to write it off at a £30 rip off but have posted my review on Trustpilot for other future customers to be warned of.

Recepient loved the flowers and i thought they were great quality but a little disapointed that that didn’t actually arrive in the special bag as advertised.

I selected the free Mother’s day card to go with the flowers but they charged me for the £2.99 one, I complained but they said that there was nothing they could do. It’s back to M&S for me.

Service rating : I can understand that it was a very busy time being the day before mothers day but the Flowers were almost thrown to me by the courier who appeared to be in a desperate hurry!
Product : May be it was because the flowers were delivered after 8pm and had been subject to a day in the back of the van but the flowers appeared a bit battered with some buds loose in the box. I had upgraded to Deluxe but honestly couldn’t really tell the difference. Disappointed as you were recommended and I have had positive feedback from previous customers of yours.

When recieveing the flowers for mothers day, the box that the flowers were recieved in was too small for the flowers which meant 2 of the daisys were snapped.

Service rating : The website did not recognise the password they emailed me and did not recognise the 10% discount code from their confirmation page on the website, I contacted customer services and they sent a reply that suggested they didn’t understand where the 10% discount code came from - asking me to forward the email. I have just tried to access the next response they have sent me but I can’t open "my" inbox on their site. Rubbish.
Product : Ordered 2 products in as many days. First got good feedback (Amazonia) but second (Spring Chicken Deluxe ) cost an extra fiver and gave me 1 extra rose, 2 extra freesias 2 extra crysanths and 1 LESS Iris than promised in the description of the standard bunch!!! Utter rubbish - going back to Interflora,
