Service rating : I had not come across Seranta before - but the quirky friendly way the site is written caught my eye. The flowers did not disappoint and delivery was just as promised. I will be back.
Product : My Mum was thrilled. Unusual flowers and balloon was colour matched. Great present.

Service rating : The flowers were left on the doorstep box UPSIDE DOWN- my daughter was in but the door bell was not rung, I was cross to hear this as my daughter had just suffered a miscarraige and was feeling very down.
Product : Quality of flowers, as always was good, but they did not like being left upside down.

The flowers didnt turn up the day they were meant to. I rang the customer services number on the website to be diverted to the website. The customer service team, despite me clearly being unhappy fobbed me off until 9pm (even at 8.30pm), when they then confirmed they attempted delivery (which I challenged) and they ’investigated’ and the courier couldnt find the property. I would advise you buy him/her a map for Christmas because the property is on a main road.
Mistakes and problems arise and I would have been unhappy, but to be honest the service from the customer service was completly frightful and made a frustrating situation far far worse.
If Serenata were the last flower delivery company on earth I think I would hand deliver.

Service rating : The two members of staff I spoke to were ok and refunded me without argument, however I find the website wording a little over the top, saying such things as ’your chauffeur was on it’s way with my flowers’ when in reality they were stuffed in a cardboard box and given to a parcel delivery man in a White van!
Product : The flowers were not as vibrant as the picture, many looked a little crushed as thy had petals missing, they didn’t look fresh at all, and the lillies were in bud and still are. The majority of the bunch was made of leaves and does not look worth £29

Service rating : Website ordering process was very good. Cardbox packaging on the bouquet was broken - good thing I was at the door and not my wife. So, mixed bag of an experience. Wish you luck as a company though.
Product : Makes sense for the price, but I somehow expected the bouquet to be larger - you guys probably need to make size clearer on the website. If I knew it would be that size, I would have ordered a larger one.

The flowers were lovely but are delivered by YODEL which if you haven’t had a delivery by them you should be happy. The delivery man just dumped them on the doorstep 3hours after the ’Noon’ delivery. Serenata were good at refunding the charges tho.
