The flowers were delivered to the wrong address!! Veolia have 2 sites, one on bernard road and one on lumley street. We asked for delivery to Lumley Street but you delivered to Bernard Road? It’s only 5 minutes away but still the wrong address!! We had to go and pick them up ourselves!

Contacted the company to inform the flowers were drooping from day 1 after receiving the flowers. They replied by asking me to send a picture of the flowers which I did and still waiting for a reply from 16th February. Poor service and communication. I had high expectations from the last two deliveries, and its if to say that’s the company are not interested anymore!!!

When I sent it to them I got a reply asking me to send a photo of the flowers even though they had apologised and were sending me out some new ones. They had lost my complaint. Very poor I must say.

I panicked that I could not get flowers to my 90 year old mum on holiday in Cornwall. I choose you as a florist in that area and the beautiful arrangement arrived when they were out. What a surprise for Mothers Day and one week later I saw the flowers myself, still blooming in a different location, my mothers home in Newcastle under Lyme.

The flowers were a gift for my daughter in law and she loved them. they were delivered very promptly, in excellent condition and she said they were gorgeous. I would use their service again.

Not one of my emails or calls have been returned. My mum went away the day after so never got to see the flowers.... Her colleague had to take them home for her. Waste of time and money. Gutted. Horrible horrible company (have since seen all the other terrible feedback from others who have used them.... Wish I’d seen it before :(. ). Go out of this type of business if you can’t deliver! Service rating : It was Valentine’s Day and I requested that the flowers be delivered before 2pm. They weren’t delivered until after this point by which timemy girlfriend had already left to come visit me in Sheffield. This meant that she didn’t get the flowers until the next day. This was our first Valentine’s Day together and I wanted everything run smoothly so this was very disappointing. It was also awkward as I didn’t want to ask whether she had received the flowers but knew that she would likely have said something if she had. She got a text from her housemate later that evening letting her know something had been delivered. Using a service like Serenata I expected the flowers to be delivered on time so I am very disappointed.
Product : The flowers themselves were lovely and she was pleased with them. It’s just a shame that they didn’t arrive when they were supposed to.

Nice flowers which seem high quality. One of the roses was broken near the head so only 11 made it to the vase, would have been ’Excellent’ if it wasn’t for this.
