Service rating : My flowers were ordered for my mum to be delivered on 29th April. They were put in the van at 8:03 in the morning of the 29th and spent the whole day in the van until 21:04. The following morning they were put back in the van and finally delivered at 13:13. They spent a day and a half in a box, in a van and delivered a day late with no explanation at all!
Product : I ordered a deluxe but a lot smaller than you expect. The normal size would be tiny!

Service rating : Item was left on doorstep even though mother was in. So delivery driver didn’t knock or attempt delivery very hard. Due to this, Item got blown across garden... I instructed to leave with neighbour if no answer, so my delivery instructions were ignored completely.

Service rating : I didn’t get an email confirmation for my purchase. Luckily I saved the order number so that I could follow up with it the next day - I can imagine it’d have been even more problematic without it. It was annoying having to follow up a few times to serenata the next day to try to get the email confirmation and confirm the flowers would indeed be arriving for when I requested. I did however get relatively prompt responses and reassurance my order would be delivered (although the confirmation didn’t arrive until the end of the day that I followed up from morning).
Product : Apparently they were nice however the hyacinths were much shorter than the rest of the flowers so sadly they weren’t visible. The flowers therefore had to be separated into two different vases which is a shame as I order them for their complementing colours (the rest of the flowers were just white).

Service rating : Right, remember you asked for feedback from me. The whole set up proved to be absolutely a complete and waste of time for me. I ordered the items on the Wednesday for delivery on thursday for my wife on our 43rd wedding anniversary. In short they did not arrive. I emailed serenata telling what I thought of them, their service and the distirbutors they used. I also advised them not to bother trying to deliver them on the Friday as they would not be accepted. True to prediction, they attempted delivery on the Friday at 2.35pm! I told the driver what I thought and returned the items without signature. I later advised them where they could place their company, have to say that place is very dark!

Good communication. Just a minor point but when I needed to make contact the telephone helpline was still on the site but did not work. This had been noted elsewhere on the site but would be better if removed. When I used the message option however, I received a very fast response.
