I ordered the flowers on line from Dubai to my Daughter for her Birthday in the UK. She said she was a bit disappointed with them on arrival. Actually thought they had travelled from Dubai!!! Just looked limp and lifeless. Once she got them home, as they were delivered to her work, and put them in water, that did help. Once the lilies actually blossomed she said they were lovely.

Service rating : At an incredibly busy time of year, the flowers I requested were delivered in a prompt fashion and my Mother, who is a connoisseur of flowers, was delighted with them.
Product : As these were delivered long distance, I have only seen a photograph of them but they looked beautiful and my Mother was very happy with them - she may not have said if they weren’t perfect but the photograph seemed to indicate that they were just fine.

I ordered 2 bunchs of flowers for mothers day 1 lot for each of mine and partners mum, only 1 got delivered, and when I questioned this, there was so much hassle, they told me that both lots were sent, that told me that they 2 lots were put in 1 bunch, I had to send pictures, count stems of flowers, after 3 hrs or so finally told I was missing a bunch and they would deliver another day, would never use this service again

Service rating : Order to bouquets for mothers day. One arrived late. On emailing the company to find out where my flowers we’re, they advised me the delivery could be between 7am-9pm. I was annoyed as on placing my order they asked me what time I wanted them delivered, I chose noon. As I mentioned they did not arrive. I waited and waited hours passed until eventually 9pm came and no flowers. I emailed again an recieved an email apologising. To little to late. I pai nearly £60 for the flowers, when they arrived the next day what met me was a bunch of sorry looking flowers nothing like the picture I had seen when placing my order. I asked for a card to be delivered with each bouquet, frankly I should of bought one. A pathetic cheap looking piece of paper with horrible type. I was not satisfied with either the service or the flowers. I will NEVER place an order with this company again.

Product : The size of the flowers when delivered were a let down. Even when they were put out into a vase they looked no-where near as big as in the picture. Some of the stems were broken so it just looked like a terrible gift, especially for £23+delivery! I will just get them from Marks and Spencers next time.

A good service on probaly the busy day of the year. Valentines.

My order was deliver at 6.25pm. Not impressed, as I had requested a morning delivery. When I drew this to Serenata’s attention, I was told that they could be delivered at any time up until 9.0pm. I will not be using Serenata again and will in future use a local supplier in Swindon.

Service rating : The flowers were delived late in the day, when they were for valentines, plus they were left out side the house, the door wasn’t knocked when my partner was out they left them outside where children threw them in the hedge. So some were broken.
Product : The flowers were all squashed together, not delivered as a boquet, the bear was cellophaned together very tightly. Not good

After 30 minutes of making the order I have made a change to the message that would go on the card. It was still allowed and the order was not to be delivered until next day, so I though it was still well within time of making changes. However, few days later I’ve discovered the message that went on the card was the first one I’ve put on the site. There has to be a way of telling customer when changes are allowed or when it’s too late as the card was printed.

The bouquet of roses looked smaller in general size to the photo on the website. Correct number of roses, just quite small ones. Could be down to clever photography though

The red roses look okay and my dear wife was delighted at the surprise, yet when I got home to see them yesterday they were already dying - I would say at least 5 of the 24 roses were dead or dying on delivery, with another one having a snapped stem, so 25% sub-standard. I do not think the flowers will last beyond tomorrow and they do not look that great now; not a great romantic gesture overall.

The delivery was on the day specified and I was emailed every step of the way. I was really impressed with being notified of each part of the delivery - it put my mind at rest to know the delivery had been made.

I asked for the flowers to be delivered on the 1st December but they were delivered on the 26th December, which spoilt a birthday present. I emailed them to which they replied, but could not get access to their reply, although still trying. Must say have never had this problem before.
