I ordered some flowers for a sick friend. They were delivered last Tuesday. I visited my friend on Saturday and was upset when I saw the scabby flowers 5 days after delivery. I should not have bothered, and bought fresh on Saturday. I will never buy off you again.

Product : The quality and selection of flowers was really good and overall had a great impact. If I had a negative comment it would be that the quantity did not seem to reflect the cost - but then everything is getting more expensive these days!

Service rating : I have to say poor because I paid for early delivary which was 3 1/2 hours late I asked for the extra delivary costs to be refunded but as yet have had nothing back.
Product : For the most part they where ok but at least 7 of the roses where in poor condition, not luxury and certainly not the deluxe wich again I paid extra for.
