Service rating : Very happy with the way flowers were delivered in box and delivered on time, but half the flowers were wilted and were a very small bunch!!!
Product : Wilted flowers and disappointed with the overal size of the bouquet, will try and send photos, all in all product was nothing like photo and nowhere NEAR as pretty as in the picture on your website

Mum recieved numerous bunches of flowers on her birthday but there was not one obviously from us; certainly no card. She is 85 so I can’t be certain she didn’t recieve them and I can’t check being 250 miles away. This has never happened before with other flower suppliers, Mum has allways phoned me soon after they have been delivered except for this year. I shan’t be using your company again.
