In the past I have used another company and on 2 occasions the flowers were dead on arrival as they had been stuck in the postal delivery service. So I was pleased that my aunt recieved her flowers the next day from my ordering them.

I stated that if there was no reply to leave flowers with specific neighbour, the deliver ingnored these instructions, so the flowers were left outside and were battered by the time my mum got home! very disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend, this service to anyone.

Not sure how to rate as haven’t seen card "in the flesh". Thought it was a bit confusing as was not sure if I was ordering an actual card or a small card to accompany flowers.

i ordered 3 bunches of flowers to be delivered to the same setting on Friday 30th of November for delivery on Monday 2nd December. They were delivered over the lunch period of Tuesday 3rd of December. Nobody would speak to me or answer e mails that i wrote through your site and i honestly now feel badly let down. I have used you in the past but i doubt i will ever again! Those flowers needed to be there on that Monday, Tuesday was far too late and had i realised that it would be a problem then I would have used another company as i did when i wanted same day delivery. What i find so bad it there is nobody to speak to - your customer services is shocking, to be truthful i’m not even expecting a reply to this e mail. Erica Williams
