Both times had to go through continual email process as wrong phone number on website. Got full refund but until they stop using YODEL I’ll be avoiding!

Specifically chose this company because they offered a Mother’s Day" card option. Website allowed me to order it. Got email later saying they couldn’t do a card. No compensation offered. Requested compensation and was offered derisiry "10% off next order". Why would I order again from someone who messes up such an important occasion and isn’t prepared to pay for the inaccuracy of their own systems. Nice flowers, shabby, grubby service.

I recently placed 2 orders, one after the other. The first arrived no problem, the second was cancelled by the company on the day due to a ’techinical error’. Following this email, on the morning of the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I have received no further information from them.

The whole process of booking the flowers was good and easy. The post booking process was also good in that I knew what was happening and when. However, I was disappointed that the flowers were left on the doorstep and not signed for. Unsure how long the flowers were there.

I haven’t seen the flowers, but my mother in law was pleased. I found the selection and ordering process very straight forward and user friendly.

I paid for flowers but never received them. I requested a 8.00 am to a 10.00am time slot on valentines day as my wife was leaving home at 10.30 for a few days, i repeated this request twice by email, the only reply was from an unmanned emai souce (could not accept replies) stating customer service would reply, they did not reply, as a consequnce we had to leave home before the flowers arrived later that day, I had no option but to leave a note on the door refusing delivery, they have never made contact and ignored my several request’s for a refund, in addtion you can expect to pay around £5 to £10 more than advertised price with the add on’s. as for the quality, no idea we never saw them!. BEWARE’.

Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered next day as was specified, although this was due to adverse weather I was not notified and I feel some sort of compensation or at least contact may have been appropriate.

Excellent communication before flowers delivered and afterwards.However flowers were delivered when my daughter was out and they were left on the doorstep! There was a greenhouse which could have been used. No note was put through the door.
I complained about this to the company and still await their reply!
