Communication was good but I was dismayed to be contacted by email just before delivery was due to tell me that the flowers I had ordered were out of stock. Had I not been checking my email regularly the order would have been cancelled and my elderly aunt would have thought her birthday forgotten! I have ordered from many on-line suppliers over the years and have never had this happen previously.

Unfortunately I am leaving negative feedback this is because when I originally made the order I realised that they would be ordered the next day which I didnt want so before the order was finalised I changed the delivery date. However the flowers were still ordered the next day, so I sent an email (before the 2nd order was delivered) requesting that you make sure only 1 order was received. You sent an email back confirming you only had 1 order however, further flowers were delivered the next day and I was charged twice. I requested the money back for one of the orders as I had made it clear in my email that I didn’t want 2, but I was told I could only have a voucher to the value of £19.99. Although I don’t need to order any more flowers I have accepted this but the voucher has not yet been received. Despite the above I would say that communication to my queries was very prompt and we were happy with the product.

I have been unable to ascertain the reason because Serenata’s system no longer allows the use of a telephone and their website is totally incomprehensible to an old f*** like me.
