Service rating : My overall experience in using this company has been dreadful for the last year. I’ve just about got a good relationship with one person but if she’s not there, it’s a nightmare. I bid for a 12 month supply of flowers at an auction and have about 3 months left to use the vouchers but I would not use this company again.
Product : The tulips were VERY limp when I took them out of the packaging. I immediately gave them fresh water but they have been thrown away already as all the petals dropped and I had them for less than a week. I think they are incredibly expensive and not good quality. I will revert to supermarket flowers when my vouchers expire. My husband won’t even talk about flowers - he’s fuming.

Service rating : communication very good. packaging & presentation good. driver left the flowers at the back of the house although the instructions were to leave with a neighbour & I am informed both neighbours at either side were in on the delivery day.
Product : the flowers were bought for a friend who tells me they were lovely but when I told him about the review & asked him if they were worth the money he said they had proved to be a little expensive!

Service rating : Good telephone come back when I didn’t get the offer price although I put in the code. Think their marketing is excellent but won’t use again as flowers were not worth it.
Product : I received a bouquet of flowers from Serenata from friends just as I had ordered a bouquet for one of my friends. I ordered a bouquet on offer which was I think called oriental breeze. The ones I received were dull, the colours not coordinating at all and I guess they sent them through this offer also. I then saw the ones you sent from me and they were dull, dull dull, I know the lilies have not come out but the overall effect was depressing. Yes I chose the cheapest option but will never order again. I think you waste too much money on the packaging also, it was a massive box for small bunch, put more in to the flowers please, two very unattractive bunches. Sorry to have to complain, but for the price I think you should do better.

Service rating : Communication was really good, unfortunately SerenataFlowers failed to deliver on quality.
Product : Bought the flowers for mother’s day. Unforunately I was told that when the flowers arrived, they were already wilted and fell out of the packaging. The flowers looked nothing like the picture on the website, they looked dull and old. My mum was not happy at all. As a result I do not think I will be using this service again.

Service rating : The box was dumped at our doorstep and was open. The flowers had product labelling on. The additional amount I paid for the deluxe bouquet meant we were supplied with additional sprigs in separate (and product labelled) packaging. The text in the card was tiny and occupied a small proportion of the card. An overall extremely poor and impersonal service. Will never use them again and would definitely not recommend them.

Service rating : Did not replace my mother’s "mother’s day bouquet when it was delivered damaged. It was dropped over the side gate - she was in all day. The instructions I gave were for the bouquet to be left with a neighbour. This was not followed.
Product : The bouquet (in a box) was dropped over the sidegate at my mother’s house and the flowers were damaged. There was no packaging around the flowers to protect them. My mother (aged 85) contacted them and they said she needed to send a photo. She’s not that hot on the computer, it was a gift, it was mother’s day and she would hardly have contacted them if there had not been a problem. I have to say I am disappointed in the service and response to the problem.

Service rating : My flowers were due to be delivered Saturday 9.3.12 for Mothers Day. They were delivered Friday and left outside in the rain where it spoiled the cardboard packaging (all part of making the flowers look nice). No note was put through the letterbox to say these had been delivered although my mum was in all day. I e-mailed Serenta flowers where they replied very quickly and said they would send another lot on Saturday 9.3.13 free of charge to me and also 20% discount for my next lot of flowers I was to order. I thought this was a very fair responce. Unfortunatley although I received an e-mail on Saturday at approx 16.00pm saying these flowers had been delivered I phoned my mum at this point and unfortunatley they hadnt. I once again e-mailed Serenta on the Sunday explaining this with a prompt reply saying how sorry they were but they were delivering into the early evening on the Sunday and if I didnt receive them they would either refund me or arrange another delivery. No flowers arrived (my mum had now stayed in an extra 2 days waiting for them). I requested a refund with yet another prompt e-mail saying it would be refunded back into my bank within 1-3 days.
Product : The flowers she received on the Friday were very nice although she had to take them out of the damaged package (i.e. cardboard fancy box and the moss stuff you put them in).

Service rating : Flowers didn’t arrive on day, there was no communication, eventually got reply to many e mails after 8pm when it was obvious they would not arrive that day, when its a special occasion what is the point if they don’t arrive on the day, when I did get an email it said no priority for budget flowers, where did it say on website that Bali hai were budget. Insulting.
Product : The flowers I am told were nice, but they were not in the water tubes as advertised and packaging said to use enclosed plant food, there was none enclosed, so not very consistent information.

Product : Lovely! Arrived still closed so will have along life. Lovely colour - mum sent me a photo of them. Not sure about packaging as in the pic she sent they were already in a vase. Would recommend these for a nice, and not too expensive, suprise.

I didn’t think the flowers were arranged very well there was too many whites and not enough pink in the bouquet. packaging was nothing special the same sort youd expect from a market stall and than sent in an oversize box ,nearly missed delivery as driver was impatient and didn’t knock door just caught him as he was posting a card. on plus side I was notified of my flowers being dispatched and was emailed when they were delivered but at the end of the day it’s the product that counts wouldn’t use again

Service rating : I received my delivery 4 days early and was disappointed, however as I logged onto my Laptop to complain, I found an email waiting for me explainging the mistake - so I thought that was great service and a pleasant surprise (pro-active), I was concerned about how late my eventual delivery was, 20:20 at night as I stayed in all day and had thought I had missed out and would need a trip the service station Sunday morning. But in the end it worked out OK, I realise it must have been a very busy day for deliveries.
Product : I have used Serenata several times but never seen the flowers before I have sent, I hate to say it, but the "look" of this bouquet just seemed a bit lack lustre, I understand I did not spend much on this bouquet - I guess it’s mainly the packaging makes them look more sterile looking, to keep them safe - but it seemed to be more filler than blooms, it didnt immediately make me think I had bought the same bouquet as I chose on the website. - but its not the end of the world.

Service rating : Company provides fast turnaround, good packaging and well decorated flowers. At one time, the quality of flowers was excellent. However if there was a category for average I would rate it that way for reasons listed under reflection below. It’s by a very close margin i selected overall ratings as good over poor, for lack of the average option.
Product : Some of the flowers died within a day of being put into water with the plant food. This is actually not the first time this has happened. I used to be a more regular customer until this happened previously and I stopped ordering. I thought I would give things a try again but this has happened again. Hopefully my second order for mothers day (already placed) won’t be like this or I’ll be asking for compensation. For the cost of the flowers this is unacceptable!

Product : I spent £40 on a bouquet, I have had more flowers in a £40 bouquet before. But the main thing was the packaging.. I expected there to be a nice bag with handles to carry it hom or a water bubble style bottom - the plastic pot that the flowers was attached to looks very poor and quite cheap. I searched on the site before i purchased to see what the packaging was like and there were no pictures and it just said something like ’your flowers are packaged well and will look nice’ kind of thing. would be nice to see a pic of how they will be packaged so that you can make an informed decision. I used Seranta about 10 years ago when i worked in London for L’Oreal, I really rated Seranta then, I had to use a London company for an event I was running in London on Tuesday and so I immediately went back to Seranta, but I can say that i was quite disappointed with the amount of flowers and mainly the packaging.

Service rating : Easy to use service, even last minute for a man to order! Perfect delivery and packaging. Never experienced any difficulties so I’ve never had to contact them. Serenata also txts and emails their status and delivery time slot, a service I’ve never experienced. I HIGHLY recommend to all!

Service rating : I used serenata flowers twice in one week and both times the flowers were delivered punctually and in tact.. the packaging however leaves a lot to be desired and instead of my partner receiving a wonderful bouquet, she instead received her roses crammed together in a clear wrapping.. Not very pleasant to look at

Service rating : The flowers were not delivered within the timescale I paid for (before noon), they were delivered to the wrong building, meaning my wife had to walk 20 minutes to get them and the customer contact is very poor. There is no facility to call and speak to anyone, you have to use email and experience the inevitable delay. They did refund the delivery fee when I queried it, however, the whole experience was rubbish. I will tell everyone possible NOT to use their services.
Product : The flowers themselves were presented appallingly. 2 of the flowers were half dead, two were fully opened and the rest were very tiny. The packaging had obviously been squashed and there was a crepe paper bow that had been squashed flat. According to serenata customer service they are happy with the presentation and quality of the flowers and will not be taking any action. Disgusting attitude and I have no idea where and who would find these acceptable. I will NOT be ordering these flowers or any others from them ever again.

Service rating : Great flowers, but I feel the packaging was not ideal. Flowers were inserted into a mini plastic pot with some water and what looked like tissue, and then laid flat inside the box. Water then dripped out of the pot all over the flowers causing a few petals to go soggy, and the box was totally soggy inside along with all the paperwork and flyers, cards etc.
Product : Nice arrangement, but not all the flowers were fully opened yet.

Service rating : Online order was a breeze and delivery was as promised.
Product : Flowers were all correct but not arranged in such a way that it resembled the picture. I understand that the packaging limited the spread of the bouquet but a little more care In assembling the bouquet made a massive difference. It’s lacked in bulk according to the picture and some of the flowers still haven’t opened and the smaller flowers are already dying. Bottom line is I didn’t feel like I was sold the strawberry Sunday although all the flowers were there.

Service rating : i was told the flowers that was sent was very nice in how it was presented and wrapped up, but the message that was attached to the flowers had already fallen off and was lying at the bottom of the packaging like a recite it was almost miss which would of being sad if it was.
That was one of the downside. flowers were small that it was imaging compare to the pictures on the website. But my friend like the flowers overall.
Product : smaller than expected when discribe on the phone.

Service rating : Serenata said they would let me know when the flowers were delivered. This did not happen. I did email them to ask where the flowers where left as no one was at home when the courier called. Serenata did not reply to my email. Unknown to me my in laws had gone on holiday the day before the flowers were delivered.
Product : My brother in law rang today to thank me for the flowers, he said that although the flowers were still in the original packaging after 9 days, they were in very good condition and that the roses and lilies were just beginning to flower, which was good to hear. I know that this was not Serenata’s problem as they did deliver per my instructions, but did not notify me to say the flowers had been left somewhere and did not reply to my email. So I do feel annoyed with the lack of communication from them. This is the first time I have used Serenata and although I was impressed with what the selection of flowers on offer I feel let down by their lack of communication. If they said that no one was at home I would have been happy to pay for the flowers to be re-delivered. I may use them again if they reply to my grievances posted on here. Thank you.

Service rating : Service is good I would recommend Serenata
Product : Sorry the bouquet did not live up to my expectations as I thought it would be much fuller than it was particularly as it is delivered in a large quiet cumbersome box. Maybe Serenata need to rethink the packaging of their bouquests such as aqua-packs etc or nice carrying bags as not all customers have deliveryies at home and so it makes it difficult to travel on public transport with the afore-mentioned box

Product : Not very impressed, Thought "wrapped ..." would mean it was covered like a bouquet. So small too. Instead, I could have bought this bunch at Sainsburys for half the price! I have sent flowers through you before but never seen the packaging. Unlikely to use again.

Product : Haven’t seen flowers but elderly recipient delighted. Instructions on care completed the gift in the excellent & humourous way they were written. Excellent package all round! Xx

Service rating : Average.
Product : Much rather have bought tescos finest roses if I’m honest. Steams were really really short. Packaging was naff. Came delivered in a box. Roses were average and died after about 4 days.
