The flowers arrived at the Nursing Home for my Aunty quickly in a large Box. I sent a comment the day before, asking to the possibility of send 27 Yellow Tulips instead 20 (as that was exactly the age of my daughter on this birthday), asking the price for these flowers added and giving to them the telephone number of the person who received the present (in case it would had been neccesary) and I never received an answer.

Complaint made, photos took as requested, but nothing is done apart from, emails telling me that the flowers are acceptable. THEY WERE NOT! Company is a SCAM and I will make sure that everyone I know knows it.

Mine wer not, the main flowers, the big star like ones never openned even though they wer on a window sill and had water, they did not come with a sachet of plant food either.
