Service rating : I needed to order flowers in a hurry - opted for Serenata Flowers as they had a lovely selection of bouquets at reasonable prices, and offered next day delivery. Found it quick and easy to order, and was really pleased to receive texts letting me know when the flowers had been dispatched and delivered.
Product : The flowers were for my mum and they made her day. She was really happy with the "huge bouquet of beautiful flowers", and she loved the colours - usually she likes all white, but she was very pleased with the splash of red and pink, and apparently the pink is a lovely "old fashioned kind of pink!?".

Product : I would say they were between poor and good to be honest. The quality of the flowers were ok,but the size of the bunch was a fair bit smaller than I anticipated given the price and the appearance in the photo on the website. I could have bought a bunch from the stall on my high street or even in the supermarket next to my house for half the price and it would have been at least 3 times bigger!
My mother did love them and the colours were amazing though. It was just the size that was a little disappointing

Service rating : The online payment system was terrible. I wanted to edit my selection and it seemed to confuse the system, which then told me my order hadn’t been placed. When I finally did order my flowers, they failed to send me an email confirmation. I queried this via the online customer service email system. They responded within a few hours saying they had resent the email. This never materialised. I also received emails from customer services not actually addressed to me or regarding my order. Surely this breaches confidentiality and data protection?? My order did not arrive on the Saturday, as selected, it arrived a day late on the Sunday. I was extremely worried that the flowers were not going to arrive at all.

Easy to order & navigate the website. Great prices & selection of products. Issues with delivery - did not follow delivery instructions & then placed flowers in an obscure place with no note left to notify receiver of their location, it caused a lot of confusion & hassle.

Product : I ordered two of these posies for a cousin who was poorely and a friend whose father had passed away , unfortunately the quality of the two posy’s could not have been further apart. The one delivered to manchester was beautiful but the one delivered to Penkridge very very poor. I had a few problems receiving help from the customer support but eventually after emailing several times and sending evidence of the poor posy received an apology and a refund . I think as I was told that the flowers had gone through 5 quality controls that perhaps this needs to be looked at as the difference between the two deliveries was unbeleivable.
