Service rating : Brilliant communication all the away through. They keep you informed from the day of ordering, and even let you know when they’ve been delivered. And prices are very reasonable too! They are my florist from now on!
Product : Several days after delivery, Mum texted me to say that her flowers looked as if they had just come out of the garden, they were so fresh! I’ll only use Serenata now!

Service rating : The communication between Serenata and me was superb, although I had placed the order well in advance it was delivered on the right day so well done Serenata!
Product : I haven’t seen the flowers as my sister-in-law lives 70+ miles away so cannot comment on the product.

Service rating : I never write reviews as it is not my thing - but this company is SO bad that i want to prevent others from wasting their money. They delivered flowers 2 days late for a special occasion and of poor quality. After several emails asking for a refund they refused. Do Not use this company Dec 2012.
Product : Poor quality + late.

Service rating : I requested that they deliver to my daughter on Thursday 13th September 2012, but they delivered on Wednesday 12th instead. Although it was not a real problem, it would have meant more to my daughter if they had arrived on her actual birthday.

Service rating : Did not read the special delivery instructions, so the flowers arrived early.
Product : Flowers were only ok. Not as good as Marks and Spensers. They have lasted well, though.

Service rating : great service, my neice was going out and asked if the flowers could be delivered in the morning, they delivered the flowers 20 mins later

The flowers actually had a smell. My Auntie said it was the first time in years she has smelt cut flowers.
