Fantastic service, kept up to date regularly. Couldn’t fault them!

The order arrived 4 days late, however - I believe that may have been down to the carrier. Still, they shouldn’t advertise next day delivery for Orkney, if the carrier can’t deliver. On a positive note - they did give me a full refund.

Service rating : I can’t fault Serenata Flowers. At each stage I was informed as to what was going on with my order e.g. when it left the shop, when it arrived at the recipients house etc.
Product : I don’t know what the flowers looked like on the day as I live in Australia, but my guest did say that they were beautiful. Thanks Serenata Flowers!

Service rating : Initially, the flowers delivered were broken as Yodel (Delivery people) dropped the box with the flowers behind the recepients’ fence as they were not in. When they did get them, they were disappointed that they were in such a bad shape and I had to complain that this was the case. These flowers were for a Ruby Wedding anniversary and although had been ordered to reach the celebrities early, eventually, they only received the second bouquet a day after the event. The company might have been good, but the delivery service was bad.

From the moment I ordered my selected flowers it was go go go!!!! I was kept informerd throughout the whole process and when the recipient sent me a photo I was very pleased to see exactly what I had ordered

Service rating : One of four blooms was broken upon receipt - disappointing for my wife on her 50th birthday. By way of recompense I was advised that I could have 25 percent discount off my next order. So, to correct provision of faulty goods I would have to spend more money with them!

Appreciate the problem with keeping cakes fresh, but would have preferred an alternative option to fruit birthday cake as recipient has an allergy problem. However, it’s the thought that counts and everyone else enjoyed it!

I was disappointed to learn that the flowers I ordered were delivered one day late. My order was for a birthday gift on 24th April, but the flowers were not delivered until 25th April despite the fact that I received both an email and text from the company informing me that they had been delivered on the afternoon of 24th. I would welcome an explanation for this (order no. Q4147888). Thank you.

Service rating : A bit too much information about what’s happening to my order - I just like to know that the order has been made, and the flowers delivered - anything else it’s up to me if I want to track my order, or up to you if there happens to be a problem...Saying that, to date, delivery has always been on time.

Everything went as expected with my latest order (to Mrs Pat Dixon), but the clown who delivered my previous order (red roses for my wife on our wedding anniversary) ignored the perfectly correct address details and delivered the flowers to another ’Wilson’ household some miles away, and left them in an outhouse - with no note through the letter box to say they were there.. It was only by chance that the flowers were found - and the householder took them to the specified address. This stupidity almost defies belief - if it hadn’t happened, one could hardly make it up.

The only problem with this delivery was with yodel the courier, despite giving instructions for the flowers to be left on the doorstep the first driver didn’t and took the flowers back to the depot, so they were delivered a day late, 2nd driver followed the instructions but I had to tell the recipient to leave a note of the door just in case

Service rating : I have been trying to make contact with you at your Head Office in Guildford and at Flower Vision in Staines without success. It is a though your company does not exist.
You request the customer’s phone number on the order form and it was therefore very disappointing that the person who failed to make my delivery did not make contact at that time and the matter could have been resolved immediately. Google has the wrong address for the Post Office (the delivery address) but it had moved just a short distance away.
I sent so many e mails to your company and apart from "do not reply" messages and "we will get in touch messages "( I have them all ) i received no satisfactory contact from you..There does not seem to be any way so speak to someone from your organisation and i can tell you i have tried!!!!! Quite bizarre.
