Service rating : Absolutely the worst flowers delivery service I’ve used. I made my order 3 weeks in advance and even paid extra to have it delivered on mothers day. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the flowers i had been expecting and it ruined my partner’s mothers day as it was supposed to be from our 2 year old son. i received a full refund very quickly but it made no difference to how it ruined a day that was supposed to have been special. I was told the company had a 5 point check for quality, which I find it astounding given what was delivered. anyone who has eyes can see that it wasn’t up to scratch and can barely describe it as even flowers. I certainly won’t ever be using this company and will advise anyone I come across to avoid this company at all costs

Service rating : I ordered from Canada and was very pleased with the user friendly website with easy to correct features and your ability to review your order and add or delete from it. I had made a mistake on the delivery date, changed it, I recieved notification corrections were made and the delivery was sent the next day!!! Recieving notifications reguarding production, and delivery were important so I had an idea of time of arrival. My Gran and Aunt who recieved the flowers were very pleased with the friendly staff who delivered the flowers! I will def order from you again!

Service rating : The flowers never arrived even though courier reported flowers had been delivered apparently they were left in the porch. The address where flowers should have been delivered does not have a porch. Really disappointed. Definitely won’t use again or recommend to anyone

KEPT INFORMED EXCELLENT SERVICE

All good. However, I could not find a suitable message card and would have liked to have seen some that are "Blank for your own message" rather than for specific occasions please. I ended up getting in a real muddle and arrange a Valentine card for someone whose husband had recently died. Fortunately Serenata put it right before the bouquet went.

Lovely little extra for a reasonalble price (some florists charge over £4 for a smaller version of this)

The flowers that came were roses and my wife is allergic to them. That is why I ordered a bouquet without roses so it turned out to be a disaster. I have emailed the company and not even had a reply.

Service rating : Whilst the flowers are excellent, information given on the form appears to be irrelevant as directions as to where house was were not given to courier nor was phone number and apparently drivers do not have mobile phones! My order could not be traced. No confirmation of order was received by me. Editing order facility is given and I changed house number but was told it could not be done. Flowers left not given to recipient. If had been given to householder it would have been known it was wrong house. Tried to find phone number up to correct mistake but no phone numbers available.
Product : When my friend finally got her flowers she said they were lovely. I can only hope that was the case as it was 36 hours after she should have had them

Service rating : The service I received from Serenta was good, they got back to me quickly and gave me a refund quickly following my complaint. Can’t fault them on service, it was just the product that I was not happy with.
Product : I expected the recipient to receive the bouquet of flowers which was advertised on the website which looked lovely. Instead she received a few buds which I felt I could have bought better from my local supermarket. Even a couple of days on the buds do not look like the photo. Total misrepresentation in my opinion. Won’t be using them again.

I give a good rating because it would have been nice to get a receipt via email after ordering the flowers because I did this on a Sunday afternoon and had no way of knowing whether the order was fully received because of no receipt.
Product : I was expecting the flowers to look as they did in the picture but instead they came in cellophane as if I had just bought them from a supermarket. This was embarrassing as they were a gift and looked cheap. If I had known this I would have paid the extra for a better known site!!

The first flowers to arrive were broken so I reported to the company and they were very efficient and replaced them 2 days later with a new pristine set. I am pleased with their customer service and the second set of flowers, but disappointed that there was a problem in the first place.
