Service rating : Flowers left were completely the wrong order. The colours were typical for a funeral, and were for my 89 year old aunt, who lost her husband a short while ago. The colours upset her. Then, trying to complain led me to a system that precluded situations like ours- I am 202 miles away from my aunt- and could not get photographs to add to an e mail. Eventually, someone with some compassion agreed to deliver the correct flowers this week, thus satisfying me, although the initial experience was not at all good.
Product : Not yet seen this ordered arrangement- Pleasure is Mione was the order, not the dlivery, so cannot comment until the correct order is received by my aunt on Thursday of this week

Sent 6 e mails regarding flowers sent to our daughter for wedding anniversary which were disgusting all I got for £23 was 3 carnations 3 stems of spray carnations and rest gypsophila which I could of got at local shop for £5 the flowers were not healthy ones at that. I have sent photos as well but deny any complaints or photo not happy at all.

Product : Product that arrived was of low quality and very poor value for money. I would have got an equal level of product from the supermarket (I know that because I work in a supermarket) - so am frankly stunned that this product came with such a price-tag.

Product : No where near worth the money. Some of the heads of flowers were broke. Looked nothing like the display. Product : I have recently used serenta 3 times the first order was delivered a day late, although an apology was made I did not feel that was sufficient. The following 2 orders were on time however the value for money was extremely poor. I will not use ur service again, I would prefer to contact a local florest and gain better value for money.

Service rating : I ordered mothers day flowers to be delivered on a saturday before mothering sunday. I emailed to say they didn’t arrive. No response. I had to send my elderly father out to buy more the flowers were not delivered until Monday. There was no response to my emails and no phone number to contact the company. My mother tried to refuse the flowers as they were of a poor quality. Not happy.

Product : The flowers were very fresh and nice , however , the bunch was very small.Much smaller than when I have used previous florist services online and for similar price.
This would discourage me from using you again service was good but not value for money with flowers provided

the customer care and response to an email re ordering problem was quite quickly resolved and I was impressed to be notified that the flowers were delivered etc. but the ordering for 2 separate mothers in different parts of the country at the one transaction was difficult. I will look here first the next time i order flowers!

Fantastic service but it wold be nice if it were easier to order for more than person from the website. It was easier to make three seperate Mothers Day transactions!

Good range of flowers, affordable prices, easy to navigate site and place an order. Order arrived on time and the receiver was very happy with the flowers. I like the email confirmation of when the flowers have been received, although on one of my orders this was a bit slow and I received confirmation the day after delivery.

slight problem with delivery did not wait for mum to open door just left flowers on doorstep although mum is ninety it only takes her a few seconds to reach the door

When there was no card packed in the box a nonsensical excuse was offered. Pick them up on it and they then offer a £3 apology.

I selected the free Mother’s day card to go with the flowers but they charged me for the £2.99 one, I complained but they said that there was nothing they could do. It’s back to M&S for me.
