The flowers were delivered as required and were very well received but they had been left outside in the rain with no card put through the letterbox. The only way my wife knew they were there was me asking if she had received any flowers. Please ensure that couriers tell people they have been delivered.

My initial enquiry was handled very badly, in view of the circumstances. The flowers were to be sent to a very ill relative who was in hospital in the UK. As I live in Australia, I was anxious to know that she knew I was thinking of her and that the flowers had been delivered with my message, irrespective of the time or even the day. Unfortunately it took numerous emails before a resolution was achieved, which was somewhat distressing and frustrating. Eventually my order was re-sent.

One constructive criticism - the message was printed in very small print and could have been missed altogether - maybe something I did but larger print please and better arrangement than simply being printed along the top line of the card.

Initially thought the service was excellent in the communication. However the flowers were never delivered despite text saying they were. Communication since has been poor. I am still waiting to hear the outcome of an investigation into the delivery. The postcode was wrong but nonetheless the rest of the address was correct so the flowers should not have gone to the wrong place. I would have expected a good company to have re delivered the flowers correctly while the investigation took place not say the flowers were left on the porch and therefore all ok.

Poor website configuration. Poor customer service. Poor quality flowers.
