Product : The Mother’s Day flowers were delivered with several broken heads and the lily was already opened. It was not fresh and looked tired. This is the report I got when telephoning home. My wife (the recipient) said she will call you today in this regard.

Service rating : I have used Serenata Flowers before and loved the flowers + the service was great. Sadly this Mother’s Day was a let down. I knew it would be a hectic time and hence did not expect AS great service but when I was paying for delivery on the day I did not expect the box to be dumped outside my door upside down, the flowers inside to be partly squashed + the bouquet tiny for £25.00 and the card included to have been thrown in flat on top without even bothering to fold it into a card shape! Perhaps the delivery man was in a rush but the card would have taken five seconds to fold! Small detail which would have improved the rating.
Product : Smaller than expected but overall a pretty bouquet - bit disappointed with the price when seeing the size although very few of the flowers were open so maybe it will look better later.

Service rating : my flowers were delayed and I got an email saying that they were delivered. this really confused me and made me feel like i can not trust this site. after contacting the team they replied back to me straight away which reassured me and they told me that they will redeliver the flowers on a chosen day by myself. however I still did not find out why i was told that they were delivered and what really happened. but i was happy that the team replied back straight away and tried to solve my problem.

the other flowers i ordered i did not receive a receipt for them, again this confused me and made me doubt this sight. however the team replied back and sent me an invoice. i hope i do not have to face these problems again in the future consequetively

No choice in sympathy cards

My friend sent me a photo of the"Minty Fresh " flowers delivered, they were beautiful, fresh and smelled devine. Delivery was excellent, I received a text to say despatched, another to say they were on their way and the final text to say they were delivered, couldnt ask for anything more. Would certainly use again.

Service rating : Mostly a good service this time, though it is very fortunate that I checked my order, as the original bouquet I ordered was not available for another week but Serenata did not inform me of this at the point of order, which is not very satisfactory. I then ordered another bouquet as it was very important that the recipient received the flowers the next day, and this was duly delivered. I have to say that the customer service is very impersonal. I will ring in future with any query, rather than e mail.
I think that if Serenata promise next day delivery, it is their duty to tell the customer when this is not possible. Had I not checked the order...,and not all of us have the time to do that....then my friend, who had suffered a bereavement, would not have received any flowers for over a week.

I ordered flowers for a funeral to be delivered by midday and they didn’t arrive ubtil 1630 so was dissapointed.

Product : I saw the bouquet a couple of days after it had been delivered and it didn’t appear quite as large as I’d expected. However, the flowers were in lovely condition, delivered with many just opening so they would last quite a while.

Despite having received an email to say the product was delivered on the correct date, and a text message at 11pm to say it had just been delivered, the flowers were not in fact delivered until the following day i.e. 1 day late. So not only was the information sent clearly and blatantly incorrect, but the delivery was delayed. However, the customer response team did act quickly and offered a full refund.

I do not have first hand information to be able to rate properly, however, my daughter who was driving to Aviemore received a text from my friend in Dundee to say that the flowers and cake had arrived on time and that my friend was "delighted", so far so good. She was delighted obviously to receive the flowers and cake, so they must have been in a reasonably good order when they arrived. I have yet to find out more and will let you know...! thanks again, it wass great that I could send a small gift all the way from New Zealand on the day before xmas, I really appreciated that!

Service rating : The reviews for Serenata were excellent and the prices are very good compared to those given for similar flowers on other sites. I really like the idea of seeing reviews on the flowers, which helps you choose your bouquet and so you can be pretty confident the recipient will be happy too. The flowers were delivered early the next day after I had ordered them the previous afternoon, so excellent service.
Product : The flowers looked lovely in the photo’s and at a very good price.I did not get to see them myself but my friend texted me to say that they were beautiful and that she was very pleased with them.
