Product : What arrived at my sisters house looked nothing like the picture, and to be honest, I was disappointed as there were hardly any flowers. I understand it was short notice for the delivery but still. Other than that, delivery was in time and the updates received with where the flowers were etc were very helpful

Service rating : The service from this company was the absolutely First Class in every way.
Product : I had these flowers delivered to my mum. She said that they were beautiful and gave off a beautiful scent around the house for days.

Service rating : The Service in general is good, i have one bad order made in conjuction with a other order, one made it on time the other came two days late and the flowers had start to willter, it was disapointing for my wife has she had seen the ones my mother had which were in good order as they were delivered on time

Service rating : Placed 2 orders to separate addresses. Both orders sent to only one address. Took 4 days and 3 email attempts to get a response from customer services (no phone number avsilable!!) Was told at first to pay again if I wanted another bunch of flowers sent to the correct address. Eventually they admitted fault and resent order to correct address 5 days after they should have arrived.
Product : As far as I know the flowers were fine.

Driver services was very bad, was not waiting answer for sign receipt.

Product : My friend told me two days after the delivery that the bouquet was not good. Flowers had been crushed and the two remaining stocks bruised. I contacted Serenata who asked for a photo. Obviously my friend hadn’t kept the crushed flowers. I replied to Serenata but have had no response from them. I will not use them again

Product : My friend who the flowers were for sent me a thank you message with a picture of the flowers and I must say I was extremely disappointed. The flowers that were in the picture didn’t look like the ones I ordered the bunch was half the size and I must admit I was disappointed. The customer service/communication however I couldn’t fault.

Service rating : I have used you 3 times and the service has always been excellent and the flowers reasonable value. I also like some of the more unusual bouquets (and so has my mum when she received them.) However the flowers that were sent to my nan last week were disappointing - see below. Despite this "good" rating for service and value I was really disappointed with my nan’s flowers and will look for another florist next time.
Product : I ordered the Roses and Stocks bouquet for my nan’s 92nd birthday and they arrived as requested on Wednesday 1st May. However when I went to visit my nan at the weekend (Sunday) they were already dead. She had kept them in a vase to show me but it was really embarrassing, it wasn’t even as if they had started to wilt a bit, they were completely dead and looked terrible next to all the other lovely flowers she had received from other relatives. My nan wasn’t complaining about it at all, she was so grateful to receive the flowers however this experience has put me off using Serenata flowers in the future. It’s a shame because I live over 100 miles from all my family in Wales so I send flowers to various family members regularly.

Service rating : Serenata for the most part is a reliable and quality floral delivery service. If I were writing this review before my last order I would say they’re flawless. However, my most recent attempt to send my girlfriend flowers to her work resulted in the flowers being dropped at reception without notice and my girlfriend receiving them 4 days later wilting an on the verge of severe dehydration.
Product : Every time I’ve used Serenata I’ve sang their praises. "Roses that radiant their life well into a second month. Spectacular updates on delivery status via email or text." Unfortunately this review is conducted on my most recent order. In Short I ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday and they were received on Tuesday.

I bought the palladian you recommended for these particular flowers. It was an excellent choice and made the flowers really stand out.

Product : My sister tells me that they wear the best flowers she had ever received thank you so much for a first class service and flowers.

The recipient said that the first batch of flowers was left on her doorstep upside down. They were wilting and some of the flowers had died. She phoned up and another batch were sent but even these had some brown spots on the leaves. Next time I’ll go the Tesco’s and take the flowers around myself!

the recipient was out. They were most impressed as Inter flora won’t deliver to where they live!
