Professional and quality service

Service rating : From a service point of view excellent - was updated regularly on the progress of the delivery. The only criticism is that the tone of voice for the email should have been tailored to the reason for the delivery of flowers - it was too upbeat for a bereavement bouquet so this could have been more sensitive.

I had no feedback from my friend on the thank you card.

They kept me informed at all times as to what stage my order was at. The use of language was amusing and cute. They make the customer feel special and valued.

Great service and very helpful emails

Service rating : Whilst the service from Serenata was quite swift they were appallingly let down by their couriers, two failed attempts to deliver and compleltey inaccurate reasons given. When the driver finally delivered (4 days late) the flowers had wilted, didn’t contain the card with the bereavement message on and the driver confessed the paperwork had never been on the van. Serenata did, on my request, cancel the order and I am expecting a refund however their reply to confirm this was a perfunctory system-generated email with no apology or explanation. I work in customer service and am responsible for handling complaints, if I responded in the same way we would be bankrupt by now. I won’t be using or recommending this service again.

Your delivery company let you down. Paid for flowers that we never had the pleasure of enjoying. Not a good way to remember your 35 wedding anniversary.

Service rating : They use Yodel to deliver, and Yodel are appalling . Ordered flowers for an Anniversary and they arrived finally 36 hours late . Will never use them again.
Product : Against all odds because the flowers had been on the delivery van for two working days, the recipient said the flowers were very nice. What a shame the service was so poor. Serenata need a more reliable courier service. Yodel has cost them my custom.
