Definitely the website needs updating particularly for returning customers. Hugely frustrating re-entering details each time. Also it’s great that a discount is offered - it would be great though if the voucher numbers were just assigned to customer with a time limit - just a thought ��

Service rating : The flowers were nice and arrived on time etc. btu they arrived in a box. Part of the reason for sending flowers to a girl’s place of work is to embarass her a little bit, and so that she can show off a bit. Their being in a box detracted from that somewhat.

I find that the flowers are always of good quality and are as the website describes. The delivery is efficient and this time as i had a few issues getting them ordered on line i was kindly offered a discount. This kind of gesture helps retain customers.

Ordered through a very easy to use website and kept informed every step of the way . Thank-you is not enough ,flowers were sent to a extremely difficult hard to reach location in the middle of nowhere , which no other company would deliver to , flowers arrived on time and fresh at a very very busy time of year (day before mothers day),received an email to say they had been delivered, recipient was over the moon with them , flowers are still going strong nearly 2wks later , would highly recomend and will be using this company for all future orders.

Service rating : Flowers delivered outside requested timescale. Left on doorstep; no acknowledgement sought that they were with right recipient. No "human" customer service to talk to for complaints procedure, only by email. Very quick response to complaint submitted but not yet resolved satisfactorily.
Product : Mothers day bouquet selected as had won 2011 Which? award for best bouquet, hoping this would ensure value for money in the quantity, quality & longevity of blooms. Sadly £35 wasted as flowers dead within 3 days.

Service rating : I telephoned from Cape Town and had very friendly, good service.
Product : I was not happy with the original arrangement as it did not last for more than four days but was very impressed when a new arrangement was sent with an apology note. Thank you very much.

Prompt and reliable, efficient service.

Site easy to navigate and prompt delivery of flowers. However, a big disappointment was no note being left with the flowers. It was Mother’s Day. I contacted Serenata the following day and they promptly reimbursed. So was impressed with that and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Good customer service saved the day.

Product : too much greenery and the rose heads feel over after 3 days. Very poor and disappointed when i saw them. Nice range of flowers, just the quality was poor, or the roses had been starved of water and never recovered

Mum liked them!

I was very annoyed I placed an order and the payment did not come through with the usual confirmation. I asked for email or call back....nothing so re-ordered and 2 identical flowers message on cards were delivered my mother in law could not understand why I sent 2 identical. Cost me £60 instead of £30 surely someone should have queried why 2? Used Serenata for along time but no more as not offered a refund.

Service rating : I was disappointed that when ordering two of the same bouquets for two different people the website did not allow me to, so i had to buy each bouquet separately, which was frustrating and took me a while to do. Also as i am aware that an email is submitted when the delivery has been made i was a little concerned that the flowers had not arrived as planned on the Saturday because i did not receive notification until the following day. I tried calling for confirmation on Saturday evening, but initially the call was engaged and later on the phone did not connect. Aside for the uncertainty when i got the email the following day i was pleased the flowers were delivered as planned and they had the desired effect.

Easy to use web page. Located flowers wanted for Mothers Day. Paid - very swifly and easy to follow instructions. When flowers left depot they sent me an email updating me and another email when they were delivered to my mother. Excellent service. Mum over the moon. Flowers lasting nicely. Happy customers. Will use again.

Service rating : The website was easy to navigate and to place orders.

A complaint about the delivery service, however: after giving the sender’s and recipient’s telephone numbers as requested on the website, the delivery was left on the doorstep while the recipient was still on her way downstairs to answer the door. If the recipient wasn’t able to answer the door as quickly, or had popped out for a while, the flowers would likely have dissappeared from the doorstep. If telephone numbers aren’t being used in these circumstances, why are they requested?

Good communication. Just a minor point but when I needed to make contact the telephone helpline was still on the site but did not work. This had been noted elsewhere on the site but would be better if removed. When I used the message option however, I received a very fast response.

I did’t see the card as I hadn’t actually ordered one. My mother in law said the card was nice. I had already sent her a card so she had two from me! She wasn’t complaining about that!

Initially poor because an error was made on the order (truffles were sent to another recipient). This wouldn’t warrant a poor rating in itself but the customer service rep who responded to my request to check/rectify the order was frustrating to say the least - he kept giving one line responses (first confirming that yes they were sent to the wrong person and then that I had indeed asked for them to go to this person but I had to send about four emails before he actually answered my initial question about what could be done! He then got the response wrong! However, another customer service rep subsequently sorted out his mess and both myself and the recipients ended up happy!

my flowers were delivered to the wrong address and it took me 4 days to find where they had gone, and by this time they were not in good shape. Despite this I have not received a reply to my emails, and I have not been refunded, as the recipient did not receive the flowers.

Service rating : They ought to last more than 4 days, and Seranata flowers should have a contact number. It is very cowardly to provide a bad service, then not answer emails so the customer has no redress.
Product : As the product was delivered to the wrong address, and even the address you told me they had been delivered to was wrong I am unable to rate this product, except by detective work, when I finally traced them 4 days later, the flowers were in a bad state, so I presume they were not in prime condition to begin with !!!!

Small amount of flowers for the money, one or two broken stems and a massive glass bowl that would have suited a dozen goldfish better as the flowers were lost in the bowl.

mum called us from Scotland she was crying with happiness, excitement and surprise. She said they the flowers were beautiful.

I understand that the flowers were received and were lovely despite total lack of communciation.

This is difficult to rate since some of the flowers were of good quality whilst the others were not. Therefore my rating is "reasonably satisfied". But frankly I would have expected more - ie. consistently good flowers given this bouquet was not cheap at £29.99
