The product still not delivered despite submitting few enquiries .
They blaming the driver leaving the product at the main door without knocking or telling the recipient about the delivery ,can somebody believe this .....
The point that I don’t understand is why there isn’t any contact no so the issue can be discussed and sorted on phone.
This is entirely not acceptable
Its first and last to use this company and I don’t recommended it at all .

The company is helpful, however I would not recommend their services. I ordered my flowers a week before delivery date and my grandma did not receive them until 8pm - 7 hours after I got the dispatched email. I feel it was very late for her. Also it would be better if their was a phone number to contact the courier directly.

Lovely flowers, however, the postal service let you down as they were left in a meter box and no note was put through the door to advise the recipient! Didn’t find the flowers until a week later....fortunately, they were protected and in water so survived reasonably well.

Poor quality old flowers, not what I expected

My friends sent me a picture of the flowers as they were so pleased with them - they looked lovely.

Flowers were nice, but bigger bouquets are not worth the price they are charged at so perhaps look at this? Thanks.
