The ordering process was easy,the payment was easy and they delivered when they said they would,On top of that the recipient was very pleased wiyh the quality of flowers.

As above it took three attempts to deliver the vase I will not be using local firms again

Service rating : I did not received the promised cashback on this transaction. Given that there are many ofther companies offering a similar service and from which I have previously received cashback I would not use Serenata again.

The flowers were very small - I was embarssed to give them to the recipient. In the end I went to Tesco and bought some far better flowers for a third of the price!

A very disappointing size fo bouquet for the price - some of which were on already dying. I sadly won’t be back.

My parents said that flowers themselves were lovely, but the box they were delivered in was wet and had a big hole in it. Not sure I would use Serenata services again.

WAS A GIFT

The flowers were not as vibrant as the picture, many looked a little crushed as thy had petals missing, they didn’t look fresh at all, and the lillies were in bud and still are. The majority of the bunch was made of leaves and does not look worth £29

I used Serenta for the first time, sending from Canada to England, I was told that the flowers were beautiful and plentiful. I would definately use them again.

The flowers were lovely, but my daughter did not need TWO arrangements, delivered at the same time!
