Service rating : Ordered a bunch of gerbera cut flowers worth £34.99. Received a lopsided basket of planted gerberas mainly consisting of leaves. I requested a refund and a replacement bunch. Was offered a replacement only. I Advised I wanted a refund. They offered a replacement. Advised AGAIN that I wanted a refund. They finally acknowledged this. In fairness to them, the agents were quick at responding - just a shame they didn’t acually take in what I was requesting. I did receive an apology but will certainly NOT be using again. Mothers Day was spoilt!
Product : Wrong product sent. Not as shown on the website. Will not be using again.

Service rating : I have used Serenata flowers on several occasions and have always been happy with the fact they are a simple and buyer friendly site.
Product : I understand that the flowers delivered aren’t going to be exactly the same as the picture on-line but I do believe they should be close! The gerbera’s where lovely but to much greenery was used to fill in and when it states there is going to be "X" amount of a certain flower then that’s what should be in the bouquet, not less!!

Nice but only lasted 2days had to bin them after 2days used liquid that came with them still no good I thought they would last a bit longer never buy again
