Excellent card nice size not those silly little ones you can’t write nothing on

Service rating : Arrived when expected. I was kept up to date with whereabouts of flowers.
Product : Flowers of very good quality and good condition. However, weren’t flowering when delivered. I know this may increase life span of flowers, but they lacked the wow factor on opening.

I placed the order internationally and was very pleased to be kept up to date on dispatch and delivery via email. Service was excellent.

Service rating : Had a query regarding a change of the order - which was attended to immediately. I was notified via e-mail that the flowers were dispatched and when they arrived - that is fantastic.
Product : Flowers arrived well packed and delivered on time. The flowers themselves are awesome!

Service rating : Flowers were not delivered twice and when trying to rearrange the delivery the flowers that I had requested were not available.
Product : Still haven’t been received.

Product : Very poor, I was expecting a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for our anniversary.... NOT 6 flowers placed in a box , would have been far better going to a local shop than what I had received.

Product : The bunch of flowers that my firend recieved was very very small and looked at least 1/4 of the size of the image on your website. I would not order from you again as I really didn’t feel that I got value for money and I feel that your website misrepresents the product that you supply. I was embarrassed when I saw the bunch of flowers.

the website was easy to navigate. I live in Canada and sent flowers to my cousin in Glasgow. they were delivered promptly and she loved them. Thanks for making it so easy.

Service rating : I was surprised to receive both a text and email when the flowers were sent and another when they were delivered. I’m very pleased and would use Serenata again.
Product : I didn’t see the flowers but my Mum said they were beautiful.

Much too much icing and very little cake - very sugary - not very nice, though the idea was appreciated

I ordered my product in the morning and the website said that I could expect delivery same day. The flowers came the next day, which is not very useful for anniversary flowers.

just terrible, the website would not load the credit card page, i then got an email that i could not reply to, i had to go via a link that was cumbersum on my smartphone and not smartphone friendly. When i finally got there they were unable to contact my HK number i left, i repeated,ly asked for a number i could call, just pls give me a number i will call.. but no.. no incoming calls allowed? Finally after two or three dys of back and forth we managed to make phone contact. and psot that the service was great,. I would be reluctant to use again.

The website doesn’t work very well on a smart phone, pages don’t load and everytime I order it submits it twice a d I have to email to cancel one

The flowers opened out beautifully. However the recipient (they were a present) was not happy with the presentation of them when they were delivered. Just a plin cellophane packet, no ribbon or anything.

The Other halfe loved them :D
