flowers arrived late, nearly 5pm, considering they were a ’birthday’ flower order i thought they would have been a AM delivery, she wasnt even at work when they arrived, not happy

A nice big bouquet. Flowers arrived in bud form as mentioned and a pic sent by my mum confirms it’s as big and beautiful as the picture!
