I asked for a bouquet of freesia for my wife for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. I got lilies and roses delivered instead! Contacted the company and they provided the correct order the next day

Service rating : Having never used Serenata flowers before, I ordered two bouquets for delivery, both within the last week. I have to say I could not be more impressed by the service given by Serenata, with both deliveries made exactly as requested, with no hick-ups what-so-ever. I will definitely use Serenata again, and recommend them to firends.
Product : Ordered and delivered to my wife on our 20th wedding anniversary. Absolutely made my wife's day, and when she brought home the flowers I could see exactly why. I truly wonderful array of flowers! I was also impressed that the bouquet looked just as they did in the picture on the website. It's nice to know that what you order is what you get. I also thought I got value for money, which is important. The whole experience was worth every penny spent.
