Service rating : Good choice of bouquets. Easy to use website. The delivery was promised by 6pm on April 11th and they actually arrived at just after 11 am.
Product : Excellent quality and number of flowers.

The recipient was very happy with the flowers. Took a while to find the gift card and they were delivered in the right time frame.

My order was not delivered and today, nearly a week later, my mother has still not recieved the items I ordered. I informed Serenata of the problem immediately and it has been extremely frustrating that I have had to send multiple emails to various people in order to get close to any sort of resolution to the problem - I haven’t been able to talk to anyone in person. I think that there is a real problem with both the courier service and customer services here. IF my order ever shows up, it will be a week late and obviously the whole point of suprising my Mum with something nice has been ruined. I will not use this service again.

Although I didnt see it as it was a ’Thank you’ gift, the recipient rang me immediately after it arrived and was simply ’over the moon’. She told me it was stunning to say the least. I was happy that she was so pleased with it.

The flowers were excellent quality and lasted more than a week.

My Mum loves Fresias, they are her favourite flower. She was thrilled to bits when she received them. I’m definitely her favourite son now :-)

Actually saw the freesias that were delivered to my daughter in London, didnt resemble the picture on web site, several broken stems and didnt last long. Not a happy customer.

Display was delightful, colourful and very much appreciated by the recipient. Only small criticism is that the freesias were rather lacking in scent.

Very well received. Flowers arrived in excellent condition.
