i find it hard to believe that a phone call to the couriers would have prevented parcel going to the wrong address is so hard to do poor service

I never received a confirmation email of my order. I emailed customer services who replied and said they would resend the confirmation email but it never reached me (I checked my spam folder as well). Fortunately, the flowers arrived on the date expected.

Service rating : I ordered some flowers for my mother the day before mothers day, as I could not spend it with her. The flowers arrived between 9 and 10 in the morning, despite being extremely busy on that day I can imagine.

Service rating : The company should look into how the flowers is stored and also order some themselves to see that its not worth the money.

Hello, My name is sonia parvez, I ordered flowers for mothers day. They came in a box and because they were in the box, the flowers were broken and one stem was snapped. I was very dissapointed and I would like you to get back to me and tell me your views on this.

flowers were ordered for delivery on the 7th March. They did not arrive until the following day, which was disappointing..

Service rating : Confusing emails received from Serenata Flowers which resulted in my placing duplicate orders and making two payments. Customer Services were ’unable’ to cancel my second order.
Product : I have not seen the flowers as they were for an elderly friend but I do know that despite placing identical orders, the two lots of flowers were not the same. Therefore I have no idea if they represented value for money. It would appear that despite selecting a bouquet of your choice, this is not necessarily what is despatched.

Delivery was later than 6pm although i had a e-mail to say it would be between 8am to 6pm.The lady did not see her flowers until she got in very late that night by which time her 60th birthday was almost over.

Service rating : Excellent service, next day delivery, great price and beautiful flowers. Also they were very nicely wrapped and delivered. Would definitely use Serenata again!
Product : I received a bunch of ’Madonna’ flowers myself and was so impressed with the combination of flowers and beauty of them that I decided to send the same bunch to an Aunty. She was equally impressed by the bunch. Furthermore my bunch is still going strong after 2 weeks, perhaps a little jaded but still lovely.

Excellent website that allows you to choose flowers very simply and add chocolates etc if needed. I ordered flowers at 10pm and they were delivered by 9.00am with standard delivery no extra charge. Well done

problem was with Delivery ,left outside back gate in snow and ice .No delivery note put through door ,, flowers were found a day after, they were a gift that was LATE

when ordering the wrong card had been added to the order. i emailed them asking them to change it. instead of changing it the put my order on hold, send me a mail asking to confirm the card i wanted with a deadline for replying, which of course was after i got back from work. the result was that the flowers were not sent and my mother only got them the day after her birthday. Terrible customer service, they had my phone number, so could have easily rung me to get confirmation instead of just putting my order on hold. will not be using them again

You didn’t resolve the situation the flowers were delivered on the wrong day, not acceptable, the only way for customer services to resolve the situation would have been to get them delivered on the correct day, hence the poor rating.

The lack of ability to talk to a person on the phone is a massive problem when a simple instruction to assist delivery would of averted a fiasco of failed delivery , loss of surprise of the gift sent , requiring the recipient to call round neighbours to find delivery , I’m not even sure if you sent 3 or 4 times before you got lucky and ended up a week late , very dissatisfied sorry

Excellent range and service for the price

Service rating : I was kept informed about my order and knew exactly when they had been succesfully delivered.
Product : I saw the flowers a couple of days later and they were very pretty. My aunt really like them.

Service rating : I’m not brilliant in my use of webssigtes, so I guess it could somehow be more user friendly, particularly as I then tried to upgrade the basic Madonna to a better one and found that particularly frustrating. In the end somebody told me they could fix it for me. I answered with my request, but didn’t get a confirmation so at this stage, I don’t know whether I have spent £24.99 or £29.99 and of course we didn’t actually see the flowers. I’m just waiting for the Visa statement to comein from the bank - but a confirmation would have been helpful.
Product : As I didn’t see the flowers, there is no way of knowing and the recipient will just say they were lovely!
