On your website I did not see any part where I could request a delivery time, if there is then that was my fault, however I did still not think the flowers would turn up at 5pm.

The service was good but the delivery was late. it did not arrive until 6.40pm when i was told it would be between 8am and 6pm.

No courier handed the flowers to my friend there was just a knok at the door & they were just left, not a professional service I think.

Really good service I received a text message to tell me they had been
dispatched and then another to say they had been delivered. Was really impressed with this service did’nt see the flowers but was told they were lovely.

The message written inside the card was very small and so looked a bit sad. It would have looked better written in bigger font.

Very competitive rates with delivery included - I ordered on a Sunday for a Monday delivery. No other company offered me this option without paying another £7.50 ...

I was supposed to be informed when the flowers were delivered, but this didn’t happen, so I don’t even know if they reached the recipient. This puts me in an embarrassing situation!
