The service and the flowers are usually very good,but on my last order the flowers were left in the greenhouse on a very hot day, and not laid flat but standing upright ,which was not a good idea.I have since been refunded the cost,which I appreciated .

Bosom Pals MK is the local Breast Cancer Support Group, when one of our ladies is feeling under the weather through chemo or radiotherapy flowers can make all the difference in letting them know we are thinking of them. I have tried many florists over the last few years, so far Sereata flowers have been very good so I would say keep up the good work.

I have experienced problems with Serenata website on 2 separate occasions

Product : To be honest I was very disappointed with the arrangement. When it arrived it looked nothing like the image on the website since the bulbs had not yet flowered. I appreciate that this lets the flowers last longer before they die, but they were bought as a gift for my girlfriend before she went on holiday, so all she saw before she left was a vase of green buds instead of a nice orange flower arrangement as I intended.

My children had bought me a bouquet of flowers, paid about the same and they were stunning to the Serenata flowers fared poorly in comparison.

The prices were competetive and certainly cheaper than Interflora which are getting more expensive each time I view the site mainly because of the high delivery charge. There was no delivery charge with Serenata and therefore I will definitely use them again.

Service rating : Order service was good, update emails of dispatch and delivery were good, and prompt response to complaint was very good-however I would have preferred to have been offered a re-delivery of a bigger bunch of flowers, as flowers were a gift and so a refund just means I have to get another gift.
Product : Flowers were sorry looking, and did not bloom (none of the main flowers (which were orange lilys) were open when arrived, and never did open) a poor product.

They had used a printer which had been badly cut and was stuck on at an angle.

Service rating : My mother only discovered the flowers after a few hours, as they had not been left by the back door, but further away on the drive, next to a garage.
Product : The scent was wonderful.

The card was described as "love" and at checkout stated "love you" . I emailed Serenata telling them this was entirely inappropriate as the flowers were for a friend and to add on my message something like "sorry about the inappropriate message". The reply said I could choose another card but I couldn’t view them which I stated in my reply email. I was then emailed asking if I’d like a Mother’s Day card! I said no, a blank card but remove my additional message as it was no longer necessary. This company desperately needs a contact telephone number. If there had been one, the situation would have been resolved in a few minutes instead of emails going back and forth. Will never use again.

I chose the orange flowers, so expected orange. Saw flowers not alot of orange present.

I understood the card was to be free so didn’t choose one when offered. I chose the "next" option and filled in the part which I thought was for the free card but I ended up paying for it which came as a surprise but didn’t have time to argue as it was a belated gift. The card was acceptable though.

The recipent is 84 and loves teddies!this little one was soft cuddly well looked after before he got to his destination and, loved here. Thank you

3rd time using the company. Must say first two times were fab this time tho flowers arrived crumpled and half dead. Was a suprise gift so wasn’t too happy with the state of arrival flowers

Service rating : I didn’t rate the service as excellent, as I’m sure that the website stated that delivery would be the following day if I ordered before a certain time on the day of my order. I did that, but the flowers I ordered weren’t delivered the following day but the day after that. That was a shame because my order was acknowledged, and then I was advised when my order was to be delivered (that advice was sent towards the end of the day following my placing of my order), and then I was advised when delivery had been effected. So, that side of the service was very good; it was just that delivery took place later than was stated on the website.

The flowers were left outside the door and upside down, defeating all common sense. having read through many of your other feedback comments i suggest you change your courier or you will not receive my business again

Service rating : The confirmation of the order appeared to go a little pear-shaped but was sorted out with ninimum of effort and my fear that two sprays of flowers would be delivered proved to be unfounded! Ordered Sunday afternoon and were delivered on Monday morning.
