The card was good but we need more choices in the future

The only issue was that the site asked a time I would like the flowers dropped. It was only when trying to locate the delivery is when I found the small print about your delivery process. I think you should not ask when buyer would like the delivery as this bothered me. Maybe use check box’s on times you can do.

I ordered the flowers a little less than week before they were to be delivered. I specifically asked that they be delivered before 10am and they did not get there by the time my wife left at 12 noon. If they couldn’t deliver them before 10am, they should have let me know.

Although it was the vase shown with roses in the advert, it was not tall enough to support the long stem roses properly. Will be great for shorter flowers.

The outside of the card was nice, but the small sticker with a printed message looked cheap. Perhaps a bigger printed message in a more attractive font would be better. Luckily, I sent a proper card in the post!

I was concerned the company wasnt legit as when I tried to click onto my order the web page no longer existed. Also I got a late email saying that my payment had not gone through. It was too late for me to chase it as the flowers were meant to be delivered the next day for my daughters 18th. I then had no idea if the flowers were to be delivered or not.

Disappointing. I have used Serenata in the past but this time the order was not delivered on time, my instructions not followed and communication with Serenata has become difficult. It used to be the case that customers could call the company, not communication must be online and the messages I received to my complaint were jumbled and some appeared to be addressed to other people.

Service rating : email confirmed the order followed by text messages that told me exactly when the flowers would be delivered.
Product : Beautiful fresh roses with excellent packaging to keep them fresh and protected from damage. I will definitely use this company again.

I’ve a problem with payment. I tryed to pay 4 times. Only 1 payment have been exepted (paypal payment) all others have been declined... But at the same time money has been written off my credit cards 4 time. Please return my money back.

Service rating : I ordered red roses for my one year wedding anniversary and wanted to surprise my wife at her work place, I paid extra for next day delivery BEFORE 1pm. On the day my wife did not receive them, serenata could not locate them and just kept telling me they are in transit, then they arrived THE NEXT DAY when my wife was not even at work. They were a day late! My wife then had to go to work to pick up the flowers. I did get a full refund but money can not replace the disappointment they put me through and ruined my surprise. Will never use again. How can flowers be in transit for 2 days when I clearly paid for next day before 1PM. Very poor service!!!
Product : Roses were not as great as described, some looked old, but what do you expect they were probably sitting in a van for a day as they took 2 days to delivery even though I paid for next day delivery. Never again!

The order was delivered in full and within the requested time frame. My wife was very impressed with the quality of all the items and the delivery man was very charming. The aim was to make my wife’s birthday complete and this was achieved. Thank you.

All met expectations except for the delivery:
Despite asking for them to be left with a neighbour if no one was in the person delivering them was seen ny a neighbour to drop them over the back gate (the fence is 6 feet high) and nothing was put through the door to tell us they were there - we were only aware as the neighbour came round and told us. Not really what I was expecting.

Roses were dark burgundy. Not red as advertised.

My wife commented that these were the best quality roses she had ever received and I have sent quite a few of the years. She even commented on thier perfume - apparently a rare thing these days according to her

However, they seem to be wilting after just 7 days. The previous bouquet lasted much longer

Flowers delivered next day and quality of flowers was amazing - still look great 8 days after.

I am very disappointed with your service yet again. Every time I have ordered with your company over the last 12ish months, you have failed to follow the delivery instructions. I always ask you to call the person the flowers are for but your delivery person does not and leaves the expensive flowers on the front door of a apartment block. That is unacceptable.

Expected more from the fowers, the pictures advertised full bodied roses and in reality they never opened up to create the full bodied look. In all honesty had worse from other internet shops. I guess that is the advantage of a physical shop over the internet shopping. best regards,

The flowers were auwful, old not fresh a rose head fell off as soon as I took them out to put in water. They were not anything like what you advertised. I will not be using you ever again & have already communicated this to many others!

Beautiful roses

The image on the site did not reflect what I received and there were fewer than 20. Also they were not delivered on the correct date and the discount code I was given on the website did not work. But everything was resolved through refund.
