Just a normal card

Was not advised that it had ’I love you’ on it and almost caused embaressment as a result

Product : They arrived in time but I was a little concerned and left worrying if they were going to arrive on time as the text said 11.45 to 12.45 and I had paid before 12 am and 12 am was the latest they could have been received. Fortunately they did. But I spent a few fractious hours and as it was my husbands funeral I didnt need that.

Product : Flowers died within 4 days and were VERY disappointing. They were well looked after and all of the corrects steps were taken to treat them well!! :(

Service rating : They arrived on valentine’s day and the website is easy to use.
Product : The flower heads were nice but of different size heads. Half of the roses had died within 7 days. Considering the cost I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future.

If the card was hand writen or the text printed directly onto the card it would have been a lot better instead of a label being stuck on.

Flowers arrived quickly however a number of the white roses were brown around the edges

Poorly made, I had a different idea of the card would turn out but it was just a sticker on a card, a 2 yr old could have made that at school, poor quality. I was going to leave the card as the main card to my girlfriend, lucky that I picked up another otherwise I’d have had egg on my face

The flowers were good but adding the teddy bear to the flowers, looking at the picture etc,I don’t see anywhere that on the foot it would say "It’s a girl" so you can imagine the glare from her father i had.

Service rating : The couriers used are next to useless!!! Left the flowers outside,no proof of delivery.Birthday surprise ruined

The delivery was very late, way beyond the normal 6:00 pm deadline, and this caused me considerable embarrassment on a very important family occasion

Once received, my dear friend said they were beautiful.

One or two brown petals, other wise very good display

Slightly brown around the edges but other than that they were lovely flowers and the girlfriend loved them.

Three or four of the white rose’s were clearly discoloured, and not of good quality. I would expect better quality checks when picking flowers for dispatch. I was disapointed.

Nice flowers but a bit brown around the outer leaves of the roses on the edges of the bunch.

My girlfriend absolutely loved her white roses, which caused quite a sensation in her office. She even took a photograph of them to show me how amazing they are. Thank you.

Flowers were already browning on the petals and arrived very late afternoon / early evening

some very small brown areas on some of the petals but otherwise all ok

The flowers had a brown edge to the base and looked past their best, we were disappointed

Never were received by the person I sent them to.

Could not believe how they were presented in the boxes, I certainly had all my fears allayed about how they would arrive on my doorstep, just going that extra mile with the oasis container for the stems gave me ’peace of mind.
I can only thank you for such brilliant flowers, and I shall certainly use you again.

I recieved a photo via e-mail , they looked very nice but , I thought the flowers were opened a little to much and therefore they won’t last as long . Our daughter didn’t say anything , as she wouldn’t want to offend .

The roses I ordered were tinged with brown the day they were delivered and only lasted a week before they were completely dead, I think they were very poor quality and for the amount I paid for them was very over priced for the service and quality I recieved. I would have been better off getting them from the local garage they would have been alot cheaper and lasted alot longer

Nice flowers when I got them

The roses were beautiful but a few had some brown edges.

I usually send flowers to my mother and she always tells me the quality of the flowers is fabulous. In particular the white orchid plants have been of the highest quality.

Only 19 roses delivered on my 20th wedding anniversary

Feedback was that these were excellent.
