Service rating : Was very impressed with the way my order was handled, the delivery was spot on and I especially liked the way that I was kept informed by text message as to the whereabouts and eventual delivery. Would not hesitate to use the firm again and would also highly recommend to others looking for an online florist.

There size of the bunch was a bit disappointing.

I gave up and asked for a full refund. I wish I had read reviews on other websites as all of the reviews warn how bad this company really is. My details were not passed to feefo until I made enquiries so clearly they are selecting which customers they want reviews from. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK

I was informed that the boquet was not very large but the flowers were fresh and pretty

I was very disappointed with the flowers. They were anything but the "blaze" of flowers shown on the website. I’ve seen better flowers outside a petrol station that have been left lying around for a week. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend by having flowers delivered to her at work but next time I’ll be buying fresh flowers from the supermarket for less and giving them to her instead.

My friend loved getting the flowers and said they were lovely.

Would be excellent but flowers were left outside the house overnight and got a bit wet in the rain. I did ask the deliverer to phone the person they were being delivered to if there was no answer at the door but she said she had no phonecall from anyone. Still good service though, I like the dispatched/delivered emails and their playful tone! Excellent flowers and great choice on the website, very good value.

i was under the impression this item was supposed to be worth £30. It didn’t look it.

The photos online did not represent the flowers quality and look when they arrived. They were dishevelled, wrapped in an extremely untidy clear cellophane and did not live up to the name of a bouquet! More like a bunch of cheap flowers from the local market. Very disappointing.

The flowers I ordered were nothing like the flowers in the picture,I was very disappointed with the standard of the blooms,and they were not of the quality that I expected.

I ordered for my mother but was imformed that the flowers were in very bad condition, very droopy and heads broken off, she and I were disappointed and she complained and was sent a replacement bunch.

It was my 1st order, so it was good!

the flowers were fresh but the size was not impressive at all. when I saw them I was pretty shocked and ashamed actually, the bouquet was too small, the picture of the standard sized bouquet does not reflect the reality, the real bouquet was the half of it.

I sent the flowers to my mother in-law for her 75th. They live a fair distance away from us so didnt actually see the flowers. But she said that they were lovely. I cant really comment on the look of the flower display as I didnt see them.
