Dear Lily,
I am extremely saddened and disappointed in the size and quality of the flowers that we delivered today. I’m not sure that they will last very long at all.
I could have paid less for a much better bunch at Asda, your web page does not reflect the extremely pitiful bunch that were purchased for a birthday gift.
What a shocking experience we have all had at the office today. How embarrassing for the us and the poor lady whose birthday they were for.
Please advise what you intend to do to make amends for today. Please do not offer a voucher of any next purchase as that would not satisfactory.
The delivery man gave to the box to a person walking by and did not even enter the building.
I look forward to hearing your response by email please and sooner rather than later.

Service rating : Didn’t deliver on time and extremely reluctant to give refund, flowers were supposed to be delivered on a Monday, shown as dispatched, finally turned up on the Thursday
Product : Obviously due to the delay between despatch and delivery flowers weren’t as fresh as they should have been

Service rating : I realised only at the end of keying my order that I had incorrectly keyed the wrong date for delivery. I ammended it and the flowers were delivered on date they should have been.
Product : I was sent a photograph of the flowers and they looked lovely. The recipient was very pleased with them

Fast and efficient service. Kept me informed all the way through. Flowers reasonably priced.

Service rating : For ease of ordering and fast delivery and for texting me to let me know the flowers were on their way and delivered I would give an excellent but when I saw the flowers I was disappointed. They were sparse and at least 6 of the heads had been broken off. I could probably have bought a bigger fresher £7 bunch in morrisons/tescos and driven over with them (£5 in fuel) .. Flowers with free delivery cost £19.99
Product : I was disappointed in the flowers when I saw them two days later, sparse with 6 or more broken heads, but I have given a good because my mother in law was pleased with them. They were a surprise and arrived so soon after her being given bad news at the hospital that they cheered her up. Ordered at 6.30pm arrived at 9.53 am next day.

Service rating : When delivered they were just left on the doorstep no one knocked.
Product : The flowers were poor quality and were not worth the amount paid.

Bit disappointed they arrived a day later than requested and despite the tracker from yourselves being updated the delivery firm let yourselves down. Will order again as the previous order we had placed was fine.

This added a lovely personal touch to the flowers

Delivered quickly, however the website does not have a clear confirmation page before completion of purchase, I had made a mistake and this did not become clear until I received an email which was generated because the property the flowers went to must have contacted yourselves.

Flowers took 8 hours to reach my Mother for her Birthday and arrived just before 5 pm. Really poor service. I shall not recommend and will never use again. Almost an insult rather than a Birthday gift.

Service rating : Flowers delivered to wrong house 1 church road ,should have been 1 lynn road given to house holder,who said the driver thrust box into his hands and was gone. he thought they were plants he was expecting. When he realized put in back garden to take round later wind blew the box away. Mrs Garrood found the box in a hedge the next day and realised they were the flowers I said I was sending her. Very Bizarre.

Product : The bunch of flowers were smaller and less attractive than I expected from the photo on the website. Would think twice before ordering again.

Service rating : I think the overall flowers were good but the delivery was awful. We ordered these flowers nearly two weeks before they were to be delivered on the 16th April. We had the email to confirm they had left the warehouse on the morning of the 16th, Delivery of the flowers did not take place until 4.40pm. I think this is quite bad because a nice morning delivery would have been better and then the birthday girl wouldnt have had to wait in all day for the delivery! I wont be using your service again but instead will be going to someone else who can provide AM delivery!

Card was probably find but I wanted a free one. I thought I had pressed the right button for this but at check out found I had been charged for Butterfly card. There seemed no way to change this.

Delivery failed at first but communication was good, although they couldn’t guarantee re delivey on the day I wanted. The flowers did however get re delivered at 5.30 and my Sister said they were lovely.

Service rating : Mess up with the order caused much heartache for the would be recipient as it was an Easter present.
Product : My order should have been delivered for Easter but the order failed to be processed and wasn’t delivered until 3rd April. There was no telephone so I couldn’t contact them. This caused a lot of upset as my sister is an invalid & house bound & thought I’d forgotten about her. Disappointed

I live overseas, and have never before tried to order flowers across the waves. I was totally happy with the service I received. Reports back from the recipients were totally positive.
