Service rating : Despite the person being in at the delivery time reported, and despite the direction given by me to leave them on the doorstep if there was in fact no answer, some how the flowers ended up with a neighbour (who then went away!). I have not received an explanation for this, hence the rating.

Service rating : I had to reschedule delivery as the recipient was on holiday for the original date. This was simple to do and they arrived on the amended date, with confirmation that they’d been sent and also delivered.
Product : The flowers were a gift for a friend who said they arrived "in mint condition" and are just starting to open out".

Everything fine except that the flowers left your store on the booked date of 9th May (my friend’s birthday), but didn’t arrive until a day later. Also I received no notification from Serenata that they’d arrived at their destination - I had to ask my friend directly.

Service rating : The flowers were left outside at the back of the recipient’s house with no note to say they had been left & were not found for 2 days, I was not informed that they had been delivered and the tracking did not not give this information either-really disappointing

Delivery was not attempted until one day after requested delivery date. That delivery was unsuccessful because they could not find the address but I received no phone call from the delivery van to ask for directions which is ridiculous. They finally got my mum’s birthday flowers to her the next day 2 days after I requested

I’ve used Seranta Flowers a couple of times before and have never previously had a problem. However, I am confused by what happened in my last order. I ordered some flowers to be delivered for my friends birthday as I live quite far away from her. The confirmation email I received stated the date that I wanted them to be delivered (my friend’s birthday), however they were delivered the day after, with no explanation as to why. I was told I will receive a refund but I don’t think that has happened yet.

I have not seen the flowers but I am told they are absolutely lovely. They arrived on time. I had texts to inform me of every step. Good quality flowers I feel I have had value for money. It was an easy website to use.

Was very pleased with the flowers and chocolates. delivered on time. my only conplaint is in the delivery requirements i asked for them to be patient even though the door was answered straight away the driver had left and the gift had been left on an unsecure doorsteop

The item was delivered without any labels, so others had opened the box, and my girlfriend only found out about the flowers when they were almost dying, 2 and a half days after being kep in the box.

A nice extra

The flowers were in bud and will last for ages. However not quite so happy with the delivery. I had marked please leave with an neighbour but they were left on the doorstep which is quiet open. Luckily my friend had only popped out for a few mintes.

Great service as usual -extremely helpful to be informed that the flowers have reached the recipient unlike a majority of other companies.

The website could be better organised and simplified. I think there’s too much crammed onto each page. I do like the fact delivery is free and the flowers are cheaper than other online florists.

I had been disappointed to realise by the time my order was processed it no longer was available for next day delivery and so had to wait until after the weekend for flowers to come on monday. When I contacted the customer service team they were very helpful, apologetic and sent free chocolates with the order as a sorry and I was very impressed.

The flowers were left on the porch to get soaked an whole thing was ruined when they saw it in the morning ! If your a delivery service knock then leave on door ! And don’t deliver after 10 in evening make it clear that could be an issue.

Product : Flowers arrived with lots of buds and unopened so they will last a little longer and the bunch for the price was good value lots in there. My nan was super pleased and been gushing about how lovely they are when I speak to her.
