Service rating : I cancelled one of my orders but I wanted them to deliver the other two orders to the new address but they didn’t and cancelled all orders so they didn’t deliver any of them! I became disappointed of Serenata florist.
Product : No flowers!

Service rating : a very good service, although rather disappointed that an order had been accepted and yet the tropical flowers weren’t available. Ordering from overseas with a time difference meant I couldn’t reorder in time to meet my preferred delivery date

considering they did not deliver the flowers on the day I asked , and then they tried to say I had not given them enough time to deliver next day was not true as I ordered on the net and it tells you if you are on time , but I did use them to del next day and no complaints , other gripe is they have no telephone number to contact and this could all have been resolved by a call to them so listen to your customers serenata and reinstate a tel no , not everyone has access to the net on a daily work base

As far as I know these flowers were all right, but the recipient said there was an awful lot of greenery in the bouquet

I have been using Serenata Flowers for a number of years Usually the comments I get when I send your flowers are very positive. This is this is the first time I decided to send flowers to my wife using your service. However, my wife was disappointed with the flowers. They looked old and in some cases all leaves had fallen off. It made me wonder what condition the flowers I sent to my friends and family really arrived in.

I have not actually seen the flowers, but believe they’re fresh, given the weather. Will order another batch when I arrive London.

Disappointed with product, small bunch which wilted and died within 4 days.

Not only did the flowers not turn up on my wedding day, an ’apology’ bouquet never turned up either and Serenata won’t answer any of my e-mails....

I did not see them but the recipient was very pleased.
