Service rating : Item was never received - Delivered to the wrong address. Customer service team never compensated and claims since they have obtained a signature, then thats enough ! So as far as I am concerned, this could of been delivered to a kebab shop, obtained a signature from them would of fulfilled their obligation. Very bad practise of customer service.

I exchanged a couple of emails with the customer service team, who were absolutely brilliant & they assured me that they would do their utmost to remedy the situation. To my delight they did it. !!!! She got the flowers & everyone’s happy.

I put a note on asking for the flowers to be delivered before 12pm if possible and to my surprise they were delivered at half 10 :) she was absolutely delighted with the flowers and i am now in the good books for a few months. Cannot fault this company!

Initially flowers showed delivered but in actual fact we never found out the full story but the flowers were delivered on Christmas day!! this was a day later than what was promised and left us believing that a dishonest neighbour had taken the flowers.

Despite not following delivery instructions for early delivery the flowers, bear and card turned up in excellent condition and I was told they were beautiful

Fl;owers were not delivered on the day, and no effort was made to expedite delivery the next day. When the flowers were delivered to the recipients flat, they were found outside the door by accident as the deliverer did not ring the doorbell.
Presumably he was let in the building entrance by somebody else.

A very good service given as in all our dealings with this Serenata. They kept us informed as to delivery etc. We would recommend them to all.

The delivery was prompt and on time no taking that away from Serenata however. The order WAS sent to the wrong person with no offer of refund, replacement been sent to the correct person.

Having used Serenataflowers.com multiple times, I can say that their service, website and delivery are amazing! Everything is simple and easy to use, every delivery has arrived on-time in perfect condition and the prices are very reasonable. Overall I am very happy with the service that Serenata provide and will continue to use them in the future.

While tasty(she said), she showed me the box and it looked way smaller than the picture led me to believe.
