Very dissatisfied with the service, flowers were ok but they delivered at 9.30 at night to a new mum just home from hospital. Very disappointed. Not even said sorry when contacted only offered a 20% discount on a further purchase with the website, with an automated email.

The flowers were meant to be delivered as a surprise, however the person they were for was not in so the flowers were left with a neighbour!
No card was left to explain the flowers were with a neighbour and the flowers were left in a box for a number of days!
Would have saved a lot of issues had a card been left!

Service rating : Ordered two sympathy arrangements to send to Family in UK. Had an issue with wilting, droopy roses on both arrangements. My mother-in-law and Aunt had to send photo’s of their arrangements to Serenata customer service. This was done on 06/5/13, we still have not had a reply. My Mum-in-law and family are dealing with death and grieving and still have to be sending photo’s to sort out wilting flowers. Not good.
Product : One Carnation head broken off and roses where wilting, droopy and limp (on both arrangements).

Service rating : The flowers arrived at 6.30 ish which I think is very late as they were for a birthday and I would have expected them to arrive during the morning up to midday.. The next door neighbours were there all day at No. 73.

Disappointed with the service. I ordered flowers for next day delivery and they weren’t delivered the next day. It was 2 days later! I got text messages and email saying the delivery was on the way, but no message saying they’d be unable to deliver the flowers. It would have been nice to have been told that it wouldn’t make it. Serenata flowers promises next dat delivery but can’t actually provide it. Having complained to their customer services I still haven’t had a response or an apology. Would not recommend them.

Service rating : I was very disappointed because even though I wrote a message in the box, and then checked via email that this message would be attached to the flowers and was reassured that it would be on one of their small cards, no message was attached. Therefore the recipients had no idea who sent the flowers and found it very difficult trying to contact Serenata to find out this information. It completely spoilt the whole surprise and I won’t be using them again.

I ordered a bouquet online and had asked how to change the delivery date. Whilst waiting for a reply I discovered how to and placed the order. The night before delivery was due I received an email stating that I had cancelled the order and would receive a refund!
I emailed and stated that I had NOT cancelled and was informed that, as I never replied to the email regarding changing the delivery date, they had ASSUMED I no longer wanted the delivery. I had to make a second payment to finally get a bouquet delivered a day late. A second bouquet was delivered a week later as way of an apology

I never saw the flowers in person as were for a sick Aunt, but she called to say they were lovely. ( She did happen to mention they were all in bud but thats not necessarily a bad thing as past their best would be worse).

I have used this company many times, but whatever has happened management-wise it has really deteriorated.They offer discount codes, but they are rarely accepted and it is a very convoluted process to contact them to complain as they no longer have a telephone number, and their website complaints section is woeful. I have just tried once more to order flowers and the same process was applied. In the end I gave up and did not proceed to payment.I will be using another company unless they sort their website and customer service improves. I was so angry that I emailed them to cancel my order, but they didn’t accept it and the flowers were delivered. I am very, very disappointed.

I asked for the flowers to be delivered on the 4th April/ left with a neighbour if my sister was not at home. The flowers were left on the doorstep on Friday the 5th. The water inside had gone consequently, the roses were not in a good condition.

Every time I’ve used the business, they have done well. One lot of flowers apparently had a lot of green leaves in the bouquet! My mother didn’t put them all in the arrangement once she put them into a vase.

Always reliable and good value.
