didn’t actually see the flowers but my sister-in-law was delighted with them and says they are still beautiful after a week (I bought orchids because I know how well they last). Information update re delivery was very good on day of delivery

Would have been an acceptable present had it arrived on the right day. This was a delivery to the high street of a market town, not a backwater. Customer services is an automated reply. Unsatisfactory. Still awaiting promised refund. Would not trust this company with flower delivery if the date of arrival is important. Delivery hours also 7am -10pm.

Service rating : Somewhere between GOOD & POOR. Communication & product were good but the delivery company used was extremely poor and this reflects on the overall Serenata service. The delivery company was delivering to a residential home where there are staff on duty 24/7. They did not bother to ring a bell and hand the flowers to a member of staff, but left them in their words "in a secure place", ie outside the door. They may as well thrown them from the passing van!
I would rather pay a little extra in order to be sure that the product arrived in pristine condition rather than take my chance with the weather or 3rd parties taking the flowers.

Product : have not seen the flowers myself but I understand they were very nice. The service itself was excellent - Serenata were excellent at keeping me informed regarding delivery.

I placed an order for some flowers from Serenata Flowers but was charged twice for just the 1 order.

I went back onto their website to look for a contact number (there isn’t one) so I submitted a contact form. I then received a one line response saying they had checked my order and I had not been charged twice.

I replied asking for a phone number to resolve the issue and quoted the reference of the two payments which had come out of my account. I then received a final email, no offer of a phone number, again telling me that I had not been charged twice.

As such I have contacted my bank and they have got their fraud team involved. I am told I will definitely get my money back but I may have to wait up to 3 weeks.

I don’t particularly mind the fact that I was charged twice, mistakes happen, but the customer service I received when trying to get my money back was beyond useless.

I will never use this company again and I will make sure all my friends and family won’t either.

Good updates by text advising from start to the delivery of the flowers. Delivered on the day chosen, in a rural location too. Flowers of a good quality. This is my third time of using your services and would definitely use you again. Thank you for living up to my expectations.

Great communication, great price and great service

we have used this company for many years and this time poor service - money went through but they wouldn’t put the order through!, we emailed so many times to ask why our order was on hold response time was 12hours asking us to contact them to confirm order, we had confirmed order about 20 emails !in the end the flowers were delivered but shame it was not on the required day. please provide a contact number and note response time is not 1 hour as stated on the website.

Service rating : I have already written this once but I will repeat it as I was so upset. I ordered the flowers from the website as it mentioned Bognor Regis, which is where the flowers were to be delivered, and a courier service. Having received an email at 08.43 UK time stating that the flowers were on the way I awaited news from my daughter that they had arrived. At 17.10 I text her to inquire and heard that they had not arrived. At 17.15 I received an email from Serenata that they had been delivered. On checking this I was informed that they had been delivered at thast time but to a different address. On contacting my daughter she went back to work to find your courier’s card through the letter box stating that the delivery had been made to another shop, which by that time was closed. My daughter’s birthday was ruined as, not only did she not receive my gift, but also that I had gone to such lengths to make sure that the flowers were delivered on the right day which is not always guaranteed when ordering from another Country for something to be delivered by post. I would also mention that on your website it doesn’t mention that delivery might be as late as 9pm or I certainly would not have sent flowers to a commercial address.
Either your company or your Courier company have made a terrible mess here and I feel that I should be reimbursed with my payment and as a gesture of goodwill flowers could be now delivered to the address on the order between the hours of 08.00 and 16.30. before Friday . My recommending your company to others now rests with you.

It would be so much better as I wouldn’t have to wait around for ages. I know you can drop them off somewhere, but that’s never the same as we all know. It would just make the experience that bit better. I would have given an excellent if I had an idea of time.

Order never arrived and took 5 days of frustrating emails before I got a refund. In this time, they said flowers had arrived twice, when they hadn’t.! A regular customer, very disappointed.

I always think the service and the flowers are excellent. However i never think there is enough choice when selecting a card design. Only a small thing - but it would be great to have a wider selection.
