Product : Beautiful, delivered in bud and 1 week on still going strong. It has been a delight as the flowers have opened and the fragrance is wonderful

As far as I know the card was fine.

Service rating : Lots of emails back and forth following a confirmed delivery on email but no goods received. Took 48 hrs to resolve and in the end refund offered and accepted. Goods never received so to be honest disappointed as were meant for a special birthday.
Product : Never received!! Courier must have delivered to a different address and was told wherever courier delivered to were left on doorstep which opposite of delivery instructions! Review your courier service...

I asked for white roses and what was delivered looked like friesias. When my husband, the recipient, showed me what you delivered I was also angry to see what a very small bunch it was.... overall extremely disappointing and it made me look mean. Flowers looked lovely and were greatly appreciated!

Did not see themmyself, but told they were lovely by recipient.

Lovely freesias, recipient was very pleased with them. Not very highly perfumed. She didn’t like all the greenery - thought it was a bit too much. Otherwise very happy - they are all opening well, and lasting well too.

Good on line.I can only see a picture of them on line & they look lovely which is why I choose them but when sending flowers in this way it is impossible to know how they look when they are delivered.

My mum loved the flowers said they were beautiful.

The recipient said they were lovely and had a wonderful fragrance. what more could you ask for.

I am unable to do this. I ordered my flowers online from Australia to be delivered to my friend in England.

A few were looking well past their best, but the majority were still fine,

The flowers arrived and were lovely and as per the description but although they were kept in a high ceiling dining room and not in heat they only lasted 4 days which was not good value for the money paid. I would not order these again because of this.

I saw my daughter’s flowers over a week after they were delivered and they still had life. The bouquet was a good size and wonderful quality - again thank you so much, she was thrilled to receive them and I was thrilled with the service and flowers.
