We were delighted with the flowers and with your communications. The only disappointing aspect was that a birthday card was (automatically?) added to my flowers order that I didn’t intend to order and tried to cancel, but I’ll be more careful next time!

The service was excellent in every respect. Like the message saying that the flowers were on there way, much appreciated. This was the 49th wedding anniversary for my Wife and I.

Diabolical customer service. Items ordered and paid for were guaranteed to be delivered on a certain date - they weren’t. A 70 year-old relative received a birthday gift four days late with no explanation as to why.
Using the online customer services system, all of my questions relating to where my order was were ignored. Again I was ignored when I requested some form of compensation and it was impossible to speak to a human being resulting in a totally frustrating, impersonal and cold experience.
Whilst the quality of the goods was fine the subsequent customer service was appalling. Avoid this company at all costs.

Convenient service with better delivery options than several other online companies. Ideal when you can’t give flowers in person.

the quantity of flowers that arrived was pathetic, I could have purchased more flowers for my money at my local superstore at a 1/3 of the price i paid serenata flowers and then to top it of they only lasted 7 days where as the flowers i normally buy my wife from said superstore (Morrisons) usually last a fortnight

My friend who received them was amazed at the size of the bunch.

My mum loved the flowers that she recieved. Knowing this I will certainly use serenta again.
