YOU KEEP ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND ON ASKING FOR FEEDBACK AND SURVEYS EVEN WHEN IT HAS BEEN LEFT - THIS MAKES ME AND MY FRIENDS RELUCTANT IN USING YOUR SITE

Order was for Sympathy flowers for my brother’s family. Delivery was requested for day before funeral (Thursday 18/4). Delivery was during the funeral the following day to their house, where of course no one was home. And one day too late.

Not impressed. The flowers may have looked like a million dollars, but timing is everything.

I am in Monroe, CT, USA and had to send flowers for my aunt’s funeral in Birmingham. I relied on the web site choices to decide which florist service to use. I found your site to be easy to use and the delivery was right on time! My cousins told me the flowers were beautiful and that is a compliment to your service. Stunning mix of flowers

I have no idea what this is like as the recipient hasn’t eaten it yet. One comment I would make, though, is that she didn’t even find it until a couple of days later as it was hidden right inside the box and it was lucky she saw it before the box was thrown away. I think it needs to be more prominent or at least a note made to look right down into the box.

Impressed by advice received regarding progress of order and efficiency of delivery. However, having seen the second order I have made through the Company, I was most disappointed with the quality of the flowers. Excellent first impression on delivery, but roses quickly started to fade and die on the second day, whilst lilies had failed to open after five days - as these two were the most important part of the bouquet, I do not feel that the quality reflected the cost. If the quality reflected the season (Christmas, but in this case actually sent to celebrate my daughter’s engagement), then perhaps these blooms should not be offered in deep mid-Winter!

Was told the flowers were delivered on the 24th by the website. We spoke to my brother on Christmas day and he never got them. We followed up on the 26th and Sereneta told us they were delivered to the porch. We called again and they were not there but then on the 27th they were finally delivered. Probably won’t use them again.

Service rating : I have now ordered a number of bouquets from yourselves and everyone has been well received - I have only ever received 1 for myself and that was lovely and lasted ages

Product : I bought these flowers for my mother-in-law’s 50th birthday, although size of bouquet was fairly big, unfortunately most of it was filled with the green arrangement and once removed the size of the bouquet shrunk considerably - given the price could have done with more of the white roses/flowers.

Havent heard back from the recipients but given the circumstances I am not surprised. The arrangement looked perfect to me on the website.

She has taken a photo of them for me. Good selection, nice to have some simple colours which are more sophisticated.

The flowers were, quite simply, stunning!

Reciever of flowers was very happy. They were sent as sympathy gift, and despite sad events said that flowers has brought a smile to her face.
