Very nice flowers

Service rating : the flowers arrived on time so i was happy
Product : my mum loved them, i expected them to be a bit bigger with a greater wow factor but they were pretty

The card was lovely but the writing inside was stuck on with a label - It looked a little cheap and would have looked better printed onto the card.

I have used Serenata before and was very pleased with product and service.
However on my recent order I had a problem with the order page as my card was not being accepted foom reason.I therefore logge out and reordered with no problem.
As a result two bouquets arrived at the same time to the same person with the same greetings card and I have been billed twice.
Also customer service was less than understanding.

I am told by my girlfriend, the recipient, that the flowers, presentation and card were all very good; in fact i suspect she thinks I spent a lot more than I did !

Some of the flowers didn’t open and drooped and the only lasted until Sunday so only 4 days where as my normal Tesco flowers last at least 7 days.

could be really pretty if they weren’t wilted within seconds of arriving.

Flowers loose in box, looked tired and battered, water spilled around the whole box, flowers out of cellaphane. Having put the flowers in a vase and trying hard to revive them, I finally put them in the bin just four days later, thoroughly fed up and disappointed.

Didn’t see the product as it was a Valentines gift

This was a special occasion. The recepient was pleased with the flowers at the time but later informed me that after only one week they had started to die despite her following the instructions to ensure maximum longevity. NOT HAPPY

THE FLOWERS WERE WELL WORTH IT.

Very nice bunch of flowers (Scarlet Ohara), generous number, well presented, fantastic value for money (including free delivery!).
You’ll be hard pressed to find better if on a budget.

stems were very short though. Not quite what I expected from the picture on the website. Saw beeter in the supermarket.

The Flowers were gorgeous when taken out of the box and placed in a vase. However they did not open into proper flowers and died after four days. They were very squashed in the box

Flowers were fully opened out when delivered so only lasted another two days in the home. Very poor value for money

flowers died within a week - they arrived very squashed up & in a dripping wet box. Not impressed at all with the price for the quality of flowers. Will not be ordering from this website again. Turned out my boyfriend ordered me flowers from the sane website the same day..again flowers died very quickly & poorly packaged.

I did not see the item but understand it was well received.

Unfortunately due to complications with the internet i was too late to order the flowers i really wanted therefore was not overly impressed with the bunch that was delivered however they were to be expected for the price that i paid so not a reflection on Serenta at all.

This was a Valentines gift and there was absolutely no arrangement. The picture showed the red and pink flowers mixed in a pretty bunch but when I saw the photo they sent it was bad. All the pink stuffed to one side and the red the other and badly wrapped. I have bought better at the local supermarket

All dropped after 2 days

The pink roses lasted only 2 days before they started turning brown and had to be removed from vase after 5 days as they had died.

recipient was extremely pleased with this selection, they last beautifully and look amazing

Flowers were on the way to the bin after less than 24 hours. Very disappointing. My previous order was quite the opposite.

When the flowers arrived on 14th feb however they had been packed on the 10th feb, when she took them home about 6 of the flowers were dying, surely flowers only have a 7 day life, I have since contacted yourself and have a refund

The flowers were dying and they didn’t not last long at all. I’m very disappointed with the product considering that I had paid £15 along with a £5 discounted voucher from my previous purchase, which I could have bought a better boutique of flowers from Sainsbury for only £10 pounds.

The flowers did not look real. They came in a cardboard box that was poorly constructed.

I’ve used sereneta several times over the last couple of years as work overseas .the actual ordering and delivery process is very good but this time my wife was very disappointed with the flowers.they arrived on Tuesday buds unopened opened Wednesday and drooping with leaves going brown on Thursday.

Was a bit disappointed with these the pictures made them look a lot better then how they come would not order these flowers again.
